Nice accommodations. Comfy beds, well stocked refrigerator, pool and hot tub usually empty and refreshing. Close to freeway for quick access to lots of places.

We were not that pleased with the place. Everything looks old and tired. Beds were comfortable, but most of the furniture is old. Did not include some basic things like a baking sheet and ice cream scoop in the kitchen. There was almost nothing to flip or stir things in a pan that wasn't plastic. I'm sorry, but melting plastic into our food was not an option for me. Communication was good at check-in, but a bit slower later on a couple of times. We didn't know we were staying in a Chinatown area, so there were a lot of Asian restaurants and grocery stores in the area. While nothing was that bad, we would not choose to stay here again.

Very nice house and location

Very convenient location for our family gathering. Nice playground for the kids. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

We enjoyed our stay at this property with our 3 young children. The home was clean and spacious, with lots of natural light. However, it had a little bit of a run-down feel, with areas of paint that needed patching on the walls and chipped kitchen floor tiles. It got stuffy upstairs, but the fans that were provided helped with that. Check-in and Check-out was easy, and having access to the garage for parking was super helpful.Note for anyone looking for 3 full bedrooms: one room is actually a loft that lets in the slightest noise from downstairs and lots of light. There is a big piece of furniture mostly blocking the opening but it provides zero sound protection. Also, the high clerestory windows shine directly in to the room, so on long summer days it stays light in the room until late.

Good place to stay.

We enjoyed this spacious unit in a very nice location, handy to shopping and getting around to both the beaches and inland areas. Having an adjoined garage is also very convenient. The host was very friendly and responsive.

This house was perfect for our family vacation in San Diego. The home itself was located in a lovely, quiet development. There are hiking trails right out back which my husband used every morning. There was an unexpected heatwave and having access to the pool was a godsend. After our daily activities our grandchildren used the pool every single day. The location was no more than 20 minutes away from any of the attractions that went to. The space in the house was perfect for our needs. Having use of the grill was also great. If I were to return to San Diego I would definitely stay here again.!

This was an amazing place to stay! The owner is extremely accommodating and receptive. The unit was immaculate, spacious, and situated in a very beautiful, quiet area. I walked from the place to Mira Mesa which is less than a mile away and it was a serene, beautiful walk. I could not recommend this place enough and next time we are in San Diego I will definitely come back.

What a Fabulous Place to Stay!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! We wanted to experience all of San Diego - beaches, zoos, Sea World, Midway... separate from the crowds and traffic. This house gave us a quiet corner to retreat to at the end of super fun, long days. We loved that we were literally 20 minutes away from everything we wanted to do, 4 minutes from fantastic food options and that the TV had Disney so we could watch Bluey! Seriously loved our stay!

Very Nice!

We enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal for visiting San Diego. The neighborhood is quiet, in close proximity to restaurants and stores, as well as a short drive to all activities and the beach. The home was clean, well kept, and the manager is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Lots of space and beds for a family or group to stay comfortably. Would absolutely stay here again.

Home away from home

I loved this place. It felt like home with everything we needed available. Quiet neighborhood, great location, and the bed in the master was so comfortable. I will absolutely recommend this property and stay here again if I’m back in town. Great communication from the owner, had zero issues.

Comfortable Accommodations

A few pluses are comfortable couches, big tv with HULU, beds and pillows comfortable, plus having a garage was awesome. Location was very close to shopping and the highway. Just bring your stuff and get ready to relax.

Property is in a good central location for access to San Diego, La Jolla, and the beach communities to the North. Neighborhood was clean and quiet (other than lawn maintenance in the AM and outside AC unit when on the back patio). Property met all our needs for office space and WiFi, bedrooms for visitors, storage space, etc. Kitchen could use a little sprucing up (dishwasher rack off hinges, no electric can opener, freezer door wouldn't stay shut, but otherwise, no major complaints). Pool area & weight room were nice and usually not in use by anyone. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location for San Diego Visit

We very much enjoyed our 20 day stay at this location from mid February to early March. The condo is modern large and well maintained. The posted photos of the property are true representations of the property and its amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and within a short driving distance of shopping and restaurants. Each bedroom is large and the mattresses are comfortable. The third bedroom has an opening to the large family room below, but the noise did not disturb my son who slept soundly each night. Mira Mesa is a great location for visiting San Diego. Virtually every location of interest, including the airport, parks and amusement parks are within 30 minutes or less. We would be pleased to stay there again if we were to visit San Diego again.

nice house, in need of updates. location is great!

one of the reasons we chose this property was the onsite gym and pool/spa. when we arrived the spa was not working and the a/c in the gym was not working. Spa was repaired after about a week, the gym was not. very disappointing. this is the community, not the house. Beds were very comfy, house had what we needed, but the place could use some sprucing up. Dan was nice.

I reached out to HOA multiple times, to address this. They addressed the hot tub issues. The AC at gym took longer because HOA needed to determine if they would replace or fix AC. Unfortunately these items were out of my control and do happen, on a rare occasion

House is in a great location and has a good amount of space. CONS: Dishwasher doesn’t work (I wash by hand so not an issue)Ice machine doesn’t workThe WiFi is basically nonexistent so bring your ownWhen I arrived for check in the cleaning lady was still cleaning, I still had to clean behind her. Multiple electric outlets do not work. The description needs updated to reflect these issues that are obvious they have been this way for some time.

The WiFi works fine and is high speed spectrum ISP, it was a password input issue. This was resolved once correct password was used Other minor issues could have been resolved if I knew about them. There are light switches on some of the electrical outlets, hence they need to be turned on.
