Pleasant neighborhood for longer stays
The property was as described and in a quiet neighborhood. Would stay again. Lots of natural light in the various rooms and the back patio was a good place to relax.
House was well stocked with towels, bedding, and pillows. As other reviews mention, the kitchen has basic cooking equipment so unless you need anything special, you should be fine. Make sure to buy bulk soap+toilet paper+paper towels before you arrive as we had about a few days worth in the unit when we arrived.
Pool and jacuzzi in the complex's common area were nice to use. The common area gym was barebones and the AC was broken during our stay, so join a local gym if you need to get a workout in. However, make sure to check out the bike path just a mile south of the house!
If you're still reading this review, you likely are considering the place and want to know about the finer details of the other amenities, so I'll mention the unit is as-described and the photos are accurate. The garage is 2 car, but barely due to lots of storage taking up one side. The Internet is fast enough for at least 2 people to work remotely. However, there isn't a great office desk or chair spot, but you can make do with the kitchen table and small wicker chair in the 2nd bedroom. Two of the three bathrooms don't have vent fans and the main shower doesn't have a working vent fan so the bedroom gets a little steamy when taking a longer bath or shower. Water pressure is great though.
Make sure to visit the local beaches :)
