Want to visit Atlantic Beach without breaking the bank? We have exactly what you're looking for. Our beachfront townhouse comes with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, Roku TV, self check-in, and free parking, and we're within walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and beaches. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask me!

Sitting on the patio you can hear the waves roll. It is a place to relax and make memories. It is close to dining and entertainment but yet gives you privacy. There is parking for more than one car and close to boat ramps. It is a fall fisherman dream location. This location would also be great for wedding venues or as a reception, please contact us for further details

The guest will have the entire downstairs unit. The upstairs unit is also available for larger parties.

Guest can call, text or email if they have questions.

The area offers boat, jet ski, kayak and SUP rentals. The NC aquarium and Fort Macon state park are in close driving access. The area has museums, great restaurants, fishing, hunting all available. Trips can be made individually or with a guide service.

The area is easy to drive in, walking or biking is also a great way to get around the beach area.

Guests should bring water shoes, life jackets if needed and don't forget sunscreen.
- Hunting dog allowed outside in a kennel or in the storage shed
- Crib available upon request.
-2 pets total allowed
-There is a non-refundable fee of $150 for the first pet and $150 for the second.

Great place to stay- super easy walk to the beach. The only negative is the lack of privacy for the bathrooms due to the sliding doors

Beautiful House, perfect location!

Clean, updated property directly across from beach access. The property manager was very responsive and always helpful. We loved this vacation and would definitely stay here again!

Our family vacation

This is the first time we rented a beach house for our yearly family trip with our 3 kids and it was great! Our host made this trip so easy and stress-free from the booking online until we left! Any questions I had got answered quickly. The house was perfect for our family of 5 and right across from the beach access. We definitely made memories for sure and will be back!

Most relaxing vacation my family has ever went on!!

The house was perfect!! So close to the beach, that we went twice a day the entire week we stayed. There was no issues with extending our stay, and everything that needed was close. We had one issue with a door knob falling off, but the owners showed up with in a few hours to replace it. Whenever we decide to plan out vacation to the Atlantic Beach, we will definetly recommand this location and rent the house again.

We had a great stay. The location is perfect with easy access to the beach and short commutes to local commodities. The house was clean as well. We could not have asked for a better stay.

Great location

Beach access was steps away from our door and the unit was super nice! A bit tight if you have a the full capacity but worth it for the location by far! Washer and dryer being full size was a definite plus and being provided back up towels and veil is beach supplies was great especially since we were from far away.

Loved our stay here. Right next to beach access took less than five minutes to get on the beach and set up. Plenty of room for our family of 4. We cooked and ate out so we used all the amenities. Great location on quiet beach.

Girls beach trip

“Beach Life” was perfect for our traditional girls beach trip that has grown over the years from just 2 of us to 5. Myself, 2 adult daughters and 2 granddaughters were comfortable. The property’s also very clean. Kim provided everything we needed so we didn’t have to haul a lot of stuff. It is a very short and easy walk out onto the beach. I’d definitely stay here again.

Rainy getaway

House was super cute, when booking it wasn't clear it was two levels. I was super worried about that however it turned out fine. The upstairs was full and we occasionally heard them stomping but nothing awful. The lock box was difficult to find and I did spend a moment punching the code into the door itself. House was overall very clean. Already planning our vacation for next year.

Home away from home in this family-friendly beach house!

The property was perfect for what we needed. It was directly across from the public beach access walkway. It was clean and well equipped. Not only did it meet the description but it exceeded our expectations. We had an opportunity to meet one of the owners at checkout and she was very friendly. All questions we had about the property were answered very thoroughly and very timely. I would definitely rent this property on a future trip to the Atlantic Beach area.

Great Location

This was our first time visiting Atlantic Beach. The location was excellent with the beach access across the street. The townhouse was a nice size for our family of four. There were a couple of roaches one dead, one scurrying, when we first arrived. We bought some bait stations and didn’t see anything for the rest of our stay. The larger bathroom had a slight odor issue to it, but overall the place was great and we would return to stay again.

As described and a stones throw to the beach.

Great little rental steps to the ocean. Perfect for two people but probably a bit too crowded for more. Our only issue was the bathroom doors which are louvered and allow the other occupants in the unit to hear anything that might occur in there. Sort of uncomfortable and embarrassing. We turned on the shower when in there to add a small measure of privacy.

Didn't end up staying here

The location was wonderful however when we arrived there were more droppings on each bed and pillows. We messaged the host immediately, he apologized and refunded us for our stay so we could go to a hotel. Very disappointing.

Location, location, location.

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend and were very happy. Just as described. Right across from public beach access which was key with a 4 and 5 year old. The place was perfect for what we wanted, and was just as described. A few minor quirks that others have mentioned in reviews like fans in bedrooms to help with airflow, but we were expecting them. It’s honestly one of the nicer/updated beach houses we have stayed at, and at a great price for the location. We don’t mind a few quirks when being able to feel like we are at home while away from home. Communication with the host was incredible! She really went above and beyond answering questions and making us feel welcome. We are looking forward to staying here again!

Perfect location

This house has the best location, right across from the beach access! There were a couple minor issues: when we got there, the front door had a cypher lock and the code we were given didn’t work, I called the numbers I was given in the check in information and no one ever called back, I eventually found the lockbox with the key. The bathtub in the main bathroom was old and stained. There is just one air conditioning unit to cool the whole place, it worked okay but we have to put the fans on in the bedrooms at night. There was no tv in the master bedroom. The washing machine was moldy so we didn’t use it. The patio was great and we enjoyed our stay, the things I mentioned were minor and I think we would stay there again because it’s a great location.

Cute place just a few steps from the public access to the beach

The house is well maintained and extremely clean. It seems as though it was renovated quite recently. The management is extremely responsive (we locked ourselves out) and friendly. The owner (she was dropping off a lamp) was very respectful and sweet. We did notice a few opportunities: 1-really nowhere to hang wet beach towels, etc outside to dry off-would be nice to have that 2-perhaps some type of way to block evening sun on the porch area for evening dining - we fashioned some towels and clothes pins attached to the nails that are punched through from the deck above 3-the rooms are not air conditioned and we had to run fans all the time - personally do not prefer to have a fan blowing while sleeping so slept with my head at he foot of the full sized bed 4-the doors to the bathrooms and bedrooms are louvre doors so a bit of privacy awkwardness as we were with our adult nephew and his friend making the arrangements a little awkward at first Overall, we truly enjoyed our time and the location and would absolutely visit again. Even if none of the above were any different we would stay. The place is lovely and the location quite nice. Wonderful stay. Absolutely perfect for a family or couple.

It is beautiful and relaxing and close to the aquarium, fort macon, atlantic beach park, and museums in the area. The kitchen is fully stocked with your cooking basics and the laundry room has a washer and dryer for you to use.
