We had a wonderful stay at this beach house in Indian Beach! We hoped it would be clean, but it was even cleaner and more beautiful than we expected—10/10!We were a little worried about preparing meals for our family, but the fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed, which made our stay easy and comfortable. The host was very responsible and responsive throughout our stay.My kids especially loved the deck by the water, and they are already asking when we can be guests again! We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

Wonderful rental. The house is spacious and comfortable. Everything was as described in the listing. Very nice pier / dock in the sound. Easy access to public beach area. A bonus, as we were there on the 4th of July, we were able to see fireworks right from the 3rd floor deck.

This was our second time staying at this location for our annual family vacation and it was just as nice as the first time. Plenty of room for our six adults and three children. The access to the sound is amazing - private pier with a breathtaking view of the sunset. The pier dock is excellent for fishing and simply relaxing. The bedrooms and bathrooms are adequately stocked with linens and towels/washcloths. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and the upper deck has a BBQ grill. The decks have nice Adirondack chairs, plenty for all. The home is very close to the public beach access and parking was never a problem. Parking at the home is steep but three vehicles fit nicely. We enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave!

We had a great time at this home. Plenty of room to spread out. 2 adults, 4 kids. This house feels homey and not like a rental property. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. Probably the best part of this house is the pier and walkway to the sound. It was beautiful, especially at sunset. My boys had fun looking for hermit crabs, fishing, and swimming. They caught a good variety of fish right from the pier-drum, mullet, croaker, and some stingrays. My oldest son also used a cast net and caught a bunch of bait fish to use. The host was also very quick to respond to any questions I had. We hope to return next summer!

We had a wonderful time with our family. The house was very spacious and clean. The host was very responsive with messages and thoughtful with supplying small things around the house like tissues, paper towels, spices, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice house and property. Super clean. Beautiful house and great view of the sound and the ocean from the top floor. There are a lot of steps which could be hard for some older folks, but they are carpeted and the kids loved running up and down them, lol. My only complaint is the bed frames in the guest bedroom and the bunk beds are super squeaky, the bunk beds are a little wobbly and may need tightened up. The futons were super comfortable and I slept like a baby on them. I loved this house and would definitely stay here again.

The overall experience was great. Did not take into account going up and down the stairs. My fault. Still, a lovely place with lots of room. Jane was great throughout the entire stay.

This is our 2nd summer staying here and hopefully more to come! We absolutely love it here and having the sound to play in on red flag beach days and on beautiful days going to the beach! Its a great spot!

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay, the home had plenty of room and everything we needed. The owner was so very nice and helpful. The location is great. Would definitely recommend this home.

Wonderful Stay!

We arrived at the property and it was easy to get in the whole family love the house, especially love the access to the pier overall, stay was wonderful. We definitely plan to come back again if the property manager will let us.

Great cottage. Super comfortable home with a fantastic private dock. We had a wonderful time basking in the sun and enjoying the gorgeous sound views. Fun fishing and relaxing in a beautiful place. Bring your hiking shoes because the house is three stories. Overall, excellent getaway.

Perfect place for multiple people!

This property was clean and maintained. Perfect location. Close to easy beach access, food and shopping. The multiple levels and rooms made it the perfect place for our family of four to stay with in laws. Loves the outdoor space and the outdoor shower was perfect for washing sandy feet and swimsuits.

Relaxing Time With Family

What a great time away from the hustle and bustle! This home has absolutely everything needed for a large group or even a small group. Close enough to anything that we wanted to do but far enough away to just enjoy the sites and sounds this was our third time and hopefully will not be our last.

Wonderful property

This property, the price point and the number of sleeping options allowed all of our family to stay together for a deep sea fishing trip. We would return.

Another great vacation stay

We have rented this property several times. The host is excellent and responsive to your needs. The dock and bay are wonderful for paddleboarding and have great sunset views. Quiet and safe neighborhood.
