The beach townhouse was everything and exactly as described. Extremely clean, steps from the beach, easy and quick communication. I would definitely come back again

This rental is beautiful. It's exactly as described and the host was very easy to work with. The host also provides rental information for absolutely everything you could need. She really did think of everything. Although the property is not accessible due to stairs, the easy access to the beach across the street allowed us to take a wheelchair right up to the beach access and the pier. This worked very well for my mother who cannot walk long distances. I especially enjoyed being there in the quieter off season. The Beach is quiet, beautiful and you can see dolphins from the shore. We are already making plans for a return trip.

Great space for our family grandparents! Pool was steps away and the beach took about a 5 minute walk from the patio with a fully loaded wagon to enjoying the beach! Highly recommend this spot!

We had a lovely trip with extended family. Location is great, short walk to the beach and places to eat. Short drive to the great public park in Atlantic Beach with put-put and a splash pad. Host was great with communication and the check-in process was easy. Community pool was clean and gave our kids the opportunity to make new friends.

Very nice property, but far away from decent restaurants, etc. Molly's bar did not open until 11:30, so we had to take a drive to get coffee each morning. There's also a busy road to cross to get to the beach.

Sandra, thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you loved the beach house! We’re sorry the location wasn’t quite what you were looking for. There are several restaurants within walking distance, although we understand that dining preferences vary. Molly’s also typically serves coffee in the mornings during the summer, so we’re sorry that wasn’t the case during your stay, thankfully there are many other good coffee shops on the island! For future guests, we’d also like to clarify that the beach is accessed by crossing a one-lane road. The pedestrian crossing has a button that activates flashing lights, and cars stop promptly when the lights are activated. Many of our guests are families with young children, and we want them to know that there is a designated, well-marked way to safely cross to the beach. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us, Sandra. We hope you enjoyed your time at the beach!

The host was phenomenal with instructions and communication. The accommodations were top notch and the convenience was more than we expected. We were very pleased with everything and access to other amenities including Food Lion. I would highly recommend this place!

Nice location with nice pool. Could use a few more kitchen supplies (bigger pans, pizza pan and cooking utensils. Owner communicated very well

This was a great place for a family vacation , plenty of room close to the pool and beach , a play area was really close with a splash pad , we will definitely stay here again !

Spent the month of February here. It was wonderful. There’s so much space, easy walk to the beach and the sound, great neighbors, and close to so many of our favorite places. The host was so responsive if I had questions. We definitely hope to go back next year.

Can’t say enough good things. Location was steps to beach, amenities, comfort of beds/pillows, pool…just everything made for a great week. Would def stay again!
