The cabin is located directly in the heart of the worlds largest Amish community. Located 15 minutes from most shopping and dining in the area.
Amongst many other highlights, the fresh air atmosphere & wooded surround, the tranquility of the large pond, and the kitchen will ensure you will not want to leave.
Gather around the bonfire and share a story while roasting sticky marshmallows or hang out under the starry skies and catch a great sunset while soaking in the hot tub.
Enjoy cooking in the tastefully appointed kitchen complete with custom Amish built cabinets or throw a few juicy steaks on the gas grill.
Experience rocking your cares away on a favorite resting spot, the front porch. "Front porch sitting" is a part of our Amish and Mennonite culture. A special time to sit back, relax, and reminisce of the days gone by. Let the intriguing sounds of the owl in the woods or the clipity clap of horse drawn buggy's be music to your ears.
Cuddle up with a good book next to the stone fireplace and listen to the rain tapping down on the steel roof or take in some rays in the grand sunroom overlooking the woods and pond. Wifi is available at no extra cost.

The cabin and prooerty were fabulous! The cabin was very clean and spacious. We found the property to be quite relaxing, and enjoyed the friendly peacock that roamed the area.

Absolutely beautiful! Had the best time….immaculate inside and out, fished in the pond, loved the peacock that visited us every day, very relaxing….definitely will go back.

Great place!
We have stayed here 5 times for our family Christmas celebration. Plenty of room for everyone to come and eat and congregate for the day. Enough room for 6 to sleep. Absolutely perfect for a weekend stay!

Nice , cozy and clean . The fireplace in the bedroom was so nice . This was such a peaceful and restful setting . What a beautiful place !For your information while considering this cabin: We are both 74 years old and the furniture was hard for us to get up out of- I say this to let folks know if they have mobility issues that they may not want to stay here . Young people might not have a problem .

Such a great property. I would have no complaints. We loved the beautiful house as well as the awesome grounds. The fire ring was perfect for smores, enjoyed watching the ducks walk around in unison each night. Also, the resident peacock was fun to watch and see everyday.Can't recommend this place enough. We will be back.

Relaxing setting with pond and fountain - beautiful home. Very clean. Beds very comfortable.

Winter Stay in Amish country
We loved everything about the cabin. We had below zero temps and yet we were warm and cozy. We made a number of trips to Amish restaurants, cheese factories, antique stores etc. during our stay. You can settle in here and breathe.

Get away for a quiet stay
Came here for a long 4th of July holiday with the family. Beautiful property and yard as pictured in the listing! The huge windows let in so much light and it's fun to watch the ducks and peacock (we fondly named him Harold) throughout the day. Initially had some disability access issues with host but ended up getting the necessary accommodations.

the couch and love seat were not comfortable and they need some better frying pans.

First time
Great property. Jetted bath tub had sign out of order.
Kitchen utensils were sparce.
Outside hot tub and grill was nice

Thanks for giving us a review. Our jetted bath tub is actually no longer listed in the amenities or pictures so guests are not expecting this when they arrive as I mentioned to you in our phone call.
Our amenities list also mentions the kitchen utensils provided so if you’re looking to do a lot of cooking etc you’d be best off to bring additional items; In the message board we let you know what is provided, sorry you expected otherwise.
Perhaps you will find a better suited place for you in the future.

Beautiful Property
Beautiful property! We were originally supposed to have 4 of us there and unfortunately 2 of our guests had to leave after the first night due to having a mishap with the stairs in the garage. Spent our first night in the ER and our guests went home the next day due to injuries. Otherwise, my husband and i stayed and enjoyed the rest of the trip. Location was good to get to everything's in about a 20 minutes. Food was amazing every where we went. We always enjoy Amish Country and look forward to coming back.

Perfect country cabin
We met our out-of-state brother and his wife there. We spent a lot of time talking in the sunroom and around the bar in the kitchen. We went antiquing every day, but couldn't wait to get back to the tranquility of the cabin. We cooked most of our meals there and thought there weren't enough eating utensils and dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
