We had a very enjoyable stay in Cayucos visiting our granddaughter. This condo was well located for our needs & the fact that everything was clean & comfortable was great - the addition of a garage made it wonderful! If we are in the area, again, we will certainly into staying here again. Communication & with Kevin was great. Thanks

Owner provided flawless management of booking. Rental property delivered more than promised.Everything we wanted and needed was available in the home. After 25 years of renting vacation homes on the Central Coast, this is our new favorite!

Perfect house for a small family. Views were great and it was very quiet. Kitchen has everything you could need and is well organized.

My wife, son and myself used the property for three nights as home base for my daughter's wedding in Cayucos at Swallow Creek Ranch. The location was perfectly positioned at the top of a gentle hill to capture the cool ocean breezes. the home was clean very well decorated and equipped. Everything was modern and user friendly. Having the two car garage was great as our vehicles were full of items for the wedding venue and we were able to secure everything in the garage until needed. The hosts were wonderful to work with. It was a memorable weekend due to the wedding and staying in such a lovely and comfortable location helped contribute to the overall gratification. Highly recommended property if visiting California's central coast communities.

Spectacular place, clean and immaculate, full service kitchen, lots of special touches and immenities. Master bed and bath upstairs, main level with queen size bed, sofa bed, and bathroom. Downstairs garage has barbecue, washer and dryer.

We’ve stayed in many VRBO properties over the years, and this was among the best. Excellent interaction with the owners, well maintained property, kitchen more fully equipped than at home, spotless presentation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The condo is nicely decorated and furnished with everything you need. Cayucos is a quiet town with several nice restaurants and bakeries. We could walk to the beach and to several restaurants. It's a very short drive to Morro Bay and to teh bluff trail along the ocean.

Very clean condo. The kitchen has everything you need as far as cooking. Very well organized. Comfortable beds with nice sheets. Parking garage was nice. Beach chairs and towels available. A very nice place. The only negative things: the couch needs to be replaced and some of the screens are really sunburned and need replacement.

Another excellent stay in Cayucos

Second time staying at this property, and again had a wonderful experience. Incredibly easy checkin, unit was immaculate, and location can’t be beat.
