Gorgeous Oceanfront Condo

This beautifully remodeled condo has a deck situated right over the beach and overlooks the tidepools. With views from the Cayucos pier all the way to Morro Bay and Morro Rock, this is the perfect, relaxing spot to enjoy the sunset and watch the surfers catch some waves. Everything in the unit is brand new - from the floors and appliances to the furnishings and linens. This unit also offers an electric fireplace, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, and its own stackable washer and dryer, which can be rare in these condos. This unit is on the ground floor and requires no stairs! Larger, additional deck can be used and is shared with the neighboring unit. Additional larger laundry facilities are available in the coin-operated laundry room onsite. SMALL PET (30 lbs or less) ONLY. Parking for one vehicle only onsite; additional parking is on the street only.

This trip was a splurge for us and we are already booking for our next visit. A perfect spot for a couple. The views alone are worth the price of admission! We made a quick decision to grill fresh fish from Giovanni’s market. The drawers and cupboards were fully stocked with everything we needed. Our meal was perfect and enjoyed cooking in a kitchen that offered a full view of the ocean. This condo offers the best ocean views imaginable, you will say “ WOW”

Lovely week away, exploring the Central Coast. The long view across the bay, the sound of the surf, the activity on the pier, and walks on the beach all contributed to a restorative vacation. The place was perfect for us.

Perfect Cayucos Getaway!

What a charming, well equipped place with the most incredible view! Steps to the beach with a view of the ocean from the living and dining room. Great little deck. Short walk to main street with shops and restaurants. Can't wait to go back.

Beachfront location with easy access to many places

The condo was as described and was on the water. It was an easy drive to Cambria, SLO, Paso and Hearst Castle. It was a lovely stay, although the bed could use an upgrade.

Great location!

Our unit was a one bedroom apartment with a spacious kitchen (we like to cook). The beach and downtown are literally just a few minutes walk from the property. Just gorgeous!

Sleeping to the sound of the waves

My husband and I enjoyed the beach house and all of its comforts of home. Everything we needed was right there. The restaurants are awesome and tasty of course. The sound of the waves would put you to sleep at night What more could you want to celebrate your 49th wedding anniversary!

Not as described

We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. The couch was so stained and smelly and dirty that we were grossed out to sit on it. There were cobwebs and spiders and dust on all surfaces. The cleaning fee is pretty hefty for an unclean property. We left a day early because we were so uncomfortable. The ocean view was great but the smell coming off the ocean was overpowering and forced us to close the door to keep the smell out. The linens were stained and there was dust on the cups that we were supposed to drink out of.
