Great little space to stay and use as home base for mountain biking. The trails are very close and having the garage is a bonus with the bike gear. Communication was great and the check in and out process simple.

The property itself was nice - the problem is that the description is misleading. This is a 4 bedroom house. There are 2 separate living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs. There is a door at the bottom of the staircase, but there is no visible deadbolt that you can lock if you are staying upstairs, so anyone who is downstairs is able to come upstairs if they want. We heard people loudly talking downstairs for the entire 4 days that we stayed there.

Great location and amenities

Perfect size for two couples to stay in Hood River. Proximity to the 7 streams trailhead and cathedral ridge winery was a great perk, and for mountain bikers having a garage for storage is awesome!

Hiking Weekend At Hood River, Oregon

We’re from Rochester, NY and arranged this visit to spend time with our daughter who lives in Seattle. As planned, this home was conveniently located near beautiful hiking trails as well as good restaurants. The home was well furnished for our needs, clean and spacious.

Quiet and clean

Great place small but perfect for us, not really Mountain View but nice ridge view. a king size bed in master would be an upgrade

Beautiful View

Property was clean, beds were comfortable, beautiful view from the dining area and deck, good off street parking. Only issue I had was with the blow dryer overheating, needs to be replaced.

Lovely stay in River Ranch House

Clean, comfortable furniture and beds, fantastic view. Kitchen is well appointed. (Coffee maker has a loose connection that might need to be checked.) Access to downtown is easy. Our party rated it as good rather than excellent because it lacked some of the touches that other properties have that make a place feel more welcoming. We had a very nice stay though and would come here again. Thanks to the owner and manager for making this space available.

Perfect size!!!

This place was the perfect size for us. Everything was in working order. Love the deck, nice cross breeze. The only drawback is the view. Neighbor's trees blocks view of Mt Adams. Other than that we loved it.
