Welcome to the Rooney Cottage! Occupancy 6+
Looking for the perfect beach getaway? Look no further than this traditional two bedroom two bath home located less than a block from the best beaches on St. Simons. Just down the road is the Pier Village, which has the Island's most popular shops and restaurants along with the new pickleball courts! All you need to do here is show up! There is even a partially enclosed outside shower for you to enjoy after a long day at the beach. This lovely home boasts an eat-in kitchen with a separate dining room, perfect for your quick meals or your extravagant family dinner. Relax on the front porch swing or sit around on the back deck. Rooney is located within easy walking distance to Crab Daddy's, The Crap Trap, Fiddler's, and more restaurants if you don't feel like cooking! The master bedroom has a new king bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 double beds. The second bathroom is in the hallway and has a shower/tub combo. Although Rooney Cottage has only 2 bedrooms, there is enough sleeping space in the main house for a family or group up to 6! TVs are located in the living room and both bedrooms. The cleaning fee for the main house only is $200.
NEED EXTRA ROOM? Rooney Cottage also has a GUEST COTTAGE that can be rented along with the main house. The guest cottage has a brand new king bed, 2 twin beds, 1 bathroom with a shower/tub combo, a living room with a TV, and a kitchenette. It can sleep up to 4 people. To add the guest cottage to your reservation, CONTACT US by phone or email. Additional fees will apply. If you choose to rent the guest house, the total cleaning fee will come to $302.50. The rental fee for the guest house is as follows:
Summer Nightly (3-6 nights): add $100/night
Summer Weekly (7+ nights): add $60/night
Fall Nightly (3-6 nights): add $90/night
Fall Weekly (7-27 nights): add $60/night
Fall Monthly (28+ nights): add $20/night
Winter/Spring Nightly (3-6 nights): add $90/night
Winter/Spring Weekly (7-27 nights): add $60/night
Winter/Spring Monthly (28+ nights): add $20/night
Holidays (Memorial Day, Labor Day, Fourth of July): add $75/night
