This was a great spot with excellent hosts! The property was super clean, it was well stocked, and the location was amazing! We will certainly mark this as a future spot to stay on SSI.

Rental was as depicted in pictures and description. Very convenient to restaurants and pier area. Unit nicely decorated and clean. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location - very short and pretty walk to then beach and four restaurants within 5 minutes. The house is adorable and owner responds quickly.

Very clean. Helpful communication from host. Comfortable beds. All necessities provided: dishes, utensils, towels, TP, soap, laundry detergent, etc. Perfect size for a family of four.Do plan to bring or purchase drinking water, because like much tapwater in coastal Georgia, the tapwater here smells very sulfurous.Very convenient access to the beach, and a twenty-minute walk from the lighthouse, Neptune Park, and the pier.Next door to several restaurants, but did not notice any excess noise from outside. Side note: during peak season, the restaurants fill up fast, so get there early!Overall a very comfortable and pleasant place to stay.

SSI Trip

Great location. Short walk to the beach and some of the best restaurants on the island. Cute little house with all you need to be comfortable. Will hopefully stay here again!

This property is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for an awesome stay on SSI. The little things that you forget from home are provided and comes with great outdoor area to enjoy as well.

St. Simon’s Experience

We were very comfortable staying here. It was very clean and a great location.. We loved the proximity of the beach, which was beautiful. Gave us great recommendations for restaurants. Thanks for everything!

Nicely renovated and Clean

Perfect little rental…nicely renovated and clean. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Great neighborhood with pedestrian/bike lanes and quiet (in November). Great for 3-4 people.

Wonderful beach cottage!

Labor Day getaway

Wonderful location, walking distance to the best the island has to offer. Very clean, well furnished and decorated. Truly felt like we were staying in a beach house. The owner was exceptionally receptive to questions (best food, things to do, etc.) and response to our every need. Great place to stay for those looking to experience the island by just walking out the front door!
