Just a short stroll from some of the most popular spots in South St. Simons, this newly renovated gem offers the perfect blend of modern style and coastal comfort. Inside, you'll find a bright and airy open-concept living space on the second floor, featuring a spacious, fully stocked kitchen and contemporary furnishings throughout.
The home includes an expansive two-car garage and a stunning three-level balcony perfect for outdoor dining with a Weber gas grill. Take a dip in the lighted pool year-round (heated for an additional fee), or rinse off in the heated outdoor shower after a day at the beach - just a quick 5-minute walk away.
Upstairs, the stylish master suite features a king bed, private bathroom, walk-out balcony. A second guest room offers a cozy queen bed, while the bunk room is perfect for kids with a full-size bottom bunk, twin top, and a twin trundle. Need even more space? The living room sectional includes a sleeper sofa for additional guests.
Whether you're relaxing poolside or enjoying the walkable access to beaches, shops, and restaurants, this beautifully designed home is your serene escape in the heart of St. Simons.

The first level of this home consists entirely of a two-car garage. Guests will need to use the stairs to access the second floor, where you'll find the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas. All bedrooms are located on the third floor. This property does not have an elevator.

Amazing Stay

This property was convenient to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The pool was enjoyed by everyone especially the grandchildren. Will stay here again and highly recommend!

Perfect Beach Vacation

This was our first family beach vacation in 9 years, and we could not have asked for a better rental. The house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Loved the pool and huge kitchen. Convenient location, close to the beach and pier. Quick and friendly responses from the host. Would definitely rent again!

Amazing place!

This rental was perfect for our family of 6. The house was beautiful and clean inside and out. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was amazing and had plenty of shade or sun depending on what you wanted. We enjoyed the porches and were able to sit out there for hours without bugs being an issue. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic

Excellent location, very short drive to the beach or pier or restaurants and shopping. House is clean, pool is clean, we enjoyed several lunches outside by the pool. Great for the kids. Plenty of pool and beach toys, beach chairs, beach wagon. Zach was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Comfortable house for a week at the beach. Easy walk to the beach with plenty of beach accessories. The wagon was great. The house location made it easy to walk or bike into the village. Moo Cow for the ice cream win. Only thing i would add to the house would be a few storage options in the kitchen. The pool was wonderful after a day on the beach. Wash off the sand and jump in. We have always enjoyed our stays in SSI and thus time was no different.

Perfect location for beach getaway, family friendly neighborhood, quick drive to all the popular restaurants, 5 minutes walk to the beach. Nice covered patio upstairs and downstairs for a relaxing pool day. Refrigerator located upstairs and down stairs for access when outdoors. Lots of pool accessories for kids and adults. Plenty of board games indoors for a rainy day. Door dash and instacart offer quick deliveries.

Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at The Grace Escape. The house was very clean and everything was as pictured. We loved the modern design and you could tell everything was brand new. The private pool was a great bonus. The grace escape is in a beautiful location, only a minute or two from the beach. Very close to some great restaurants and shops. We enjoyed riding our bikes around and exploring the area. Zach was a great host and very easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back.

Don’t get me wrong—this is a beautiful home with great amenities, including a private pool, plenty of bedrooms, and a spacious open-concept layout. The location was also amazing, with close access to everything within walking distance.However, the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the home were disappointing. When we arrived, the kitchen counters were dirty, and there was old food left in the bottom of the oven. When we attempted to use it, it nearly smoked up the entire house. The grill was also left in a disgusting condition, with no paper towels or cleaning supplies available.Upstairs, the moisture and humidity levels were extremely noticeable. Water was dripping from the vents onto our personal belongings, and there appeared to be water damage on multiple ceilings and inside bedrooms and closets that could be potential mold. By the last day, several of us left feeling congested and unwell.The master shower never produced hot water, even after waiting more than 10 minutes, and both showers had very poor water pressure. The pool was also not properly maintained, with algae growing along the walls and a vacuum that appeared not to work.Considering this home was advertised as a premium, newly renovated property, the experience did not match our expectations or the price we paid. It is a beautiful home with great potential, but better cleaning, maintenance, and attention to these issues are needed to provide the experience that’s was advertised.

Beautiful home with plenty of room for large families! The pool is a nice bonus! Close to town and beach but you have to drive. If you have small children walking wouldn’t be an option.
