Located in the heart of Key Largo in a private community with 24 hour security, pools, saltwater lagoon, tennis courts, playground, marina, beach and fishing jetty.

A place where you can relax, sunbathe, swim in the pools or the saltwater lagoon, snorkel, take long walks, fish and cycle, with a great marina for boating. The community is over 22 acres in size. The marina has slips for rental.

Just a few minutes from the world's great fishing waters of John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park where you can dive and snorkel among many other activities.

Our saltwater lagoon extends over the townhouse area with a beach and sun lounges for your enjoyment. The playground is conveniently located close to the pool.

This is a townhouse with three floors, three bedrooms and baths. There are breathtaking views of the lagoon from balconies facing that side. Kids are welcome!

Brand new mattresses on both Queen beds, purchased on March 2023.

Fully equipped kitchen with all necessitates for cooking and baking.

Free cable TV and WIFI available.

Keys Family Fun

We had a lovely time on our family vacation. We enjoyed our rental, the location was great & the unit was well equipped. The lagoon walk, little beach & pools added to the quality of our stay. We would recommend this rental for a stay in Key Largo. We might be back. ☺️

Slice of Paradise

This is our 3rd stay at this unit. We love it! The owner is very responsive and the unit is very nice and comfortable. We swim in the pools and the lagoon and also utilize the tennis courts and jetty for fishing. This place has it all! I definitely recommend staying here!

Key Largo Spring Break

This was our 3rd year at Kawama and the property does not disappoint. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. We were kept entertained by the pool, lagoon and beach area. The kids went out at low tide with flashlights searching for critters. This is a great location as a base for excursions to Islamorada, Key West and Marathon. We also took a fishing charter from the marina at Key Largo Fishery with Underwater Cowboy and had a great time. Afterward the food there was fabulous. We will definitely return again.

Great stay. Even with construction going on in parking lot during stay.

6 adults were comfortable in the house. Very clean when we arrived. Gate check in went smooth and a beautiful aquifer out the window.

Great property, great location

This is our 2nd time staying in this condo. It is nice, clean, and efficiently equipped. Tankless water heater is a plus! Washer and dryer are large too. The property has 2 pools (one is now cooled in the summer months) and a lagoon. The kids love it all! We are scuba divers and the condo is located within 5 minutes of most major dive boats. The owner is very responsive to messages and very easy to work with. I would recommend this condo.

Everything was easy. Communication, check-in, and parking. The home itself was well equipped, clean, everything worked and it is what you would expect a beach town home to be. The property itself is very nice. I would have no reservations recommending this property.

Very Relaxing

Great location the views and grounds were Beautiful, made some friends at the pool. The animals were a sight to see. The condo was just perfect. I would stay there again. We had a wonderful time.. Everything that you could want was there. Thanks for the memories.

Keys vacation

Location was perfect for what we were looking for. House was comfortable. Was not left with enough paper products in kitchen or bathrooms, but due to location to town, was an easy fix.

Very nice place close to good restaurants and plenty to do the lagoon out back was nice

Would recommend property steps are a little steep if steps are a problem for you and two of tge bathrooms are tiny but it was a nice place in a nice area

Great location, Ok accommodations

The Yacht Club location and amenities were great. There are multiple pools, an awesome lagoon and beach access with a peninsula for sunset watching. The Owners were very friendly and responsive and easy to work with. The unit itself was a bit more rundown than the description might let on. The two lower bathrooms, while updated, are incredibly small and tough to shower in. Also, the water temperature was a bear to get right. Either very hot or very cold. The unit was definitely surface cleaned, but there were areas clearly not well vacuumed or cleaned. Specifically, the lower bedroom/sleeping area. Overall, it was a great stay and we have no major complaints, though we'd likely look at other units if we came back.

Excellent location, owner easy to contact and great communication. Always felt safe and secure here. Beautiful location. Only negative was the beds need upgrades as they were not very comfortable but would definitely stay in this location again.

With a little elbow grease, this place could be rated a 4. Microwave, stove and toaster oven were dirty. Shower curtains had mold in 1st floor bathroom. Linens, pillows and beds need to be upgraded.

The property was nice, a little skimpy on the paper products. The accommodations were nice and location was good. The pools were nice. The lagoon was pretty cool.

3 floors , small with uncomfortable beds

The bathrooms were small, the bedrooms are very small, no place to put clothes in the 1st floor bedroom. The shower on the 1st floor very tiny, the beds are hard and uncomfortable. Lots of stairs that are not even. It is much smaller then It looks in the pictures,

Good, quiet location for a family get away

The condo complex is a good place for families and kids. It is quiet and there was no sign of any rowdy behavior. It was a little off the beaten path and in a secluded location. The unit itself was spacious and had to Kenny of available amenities. The only two downsides were that the property has a bit of wear and tear and bugs. The first issue is mostly due to age. The second is just common to life in South Florida. All the bugs found were already dead, which means whatever measures were taken are working. We just had to sweep up every morning afterwards. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.

Amazing!

We really appreciate how welcoming this property is! There is something to keep everyone occupied. The grounds are meticulously kept and the location made it perfect to explore. If I had to pick anything to improve, it would to have better quality patio furniture, but we did not spend much time out there, but if we came during the winter, it would enhance the already amazing experience. Thank you for an excellent place to stay while on vacay!!

Excellent property

This property is in a great complex. There is plenty for everyone ranging from snorkeling in the saltwater lagoon to ocean fishing on the jetty, tennis, pools, and the list goes on. The complex is amazing! The unit is nicely furnished. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could want and has plenty of seating. The living room couch and chair are so clean that I think they must be new. The downstairs futon and hid-a-bed are comfy. The upstairs beds are starting to show some age, comfort-wise, but were okay for the week. The furnishings overall are very up to date and everything is really clean. I would absolutely recommend this condo to my friends and will likely stay here again in the future. Rentals this nice are hard to come by and the owner, Cesar, is very nice and timely in his responses. Don't hesitate to book this rental!

Amazing

This property has everything we could have asked for and more. This place had 3 floors giving everyone more than enough space to spread out(we had 8. 4 adults 4 kids). Second and 3rd floors had a balcony for their own privacy in the bedrooms. They had games and a very well stocked kitchen. It was very clean when we arrived. We were close to the lagoon(you could see it from the 2 floor balcony/screened deck) and an easy walk to the marina. Wish we had a golf cart but walking was fine too. I have no complaints. The marina had a bad smell due to the seaweed all washed up but that was everywhere. A manatee did come in to say hi at the marina and that was a huge plus to me. Fishing we were able to catch snappers and even bonnet sharks at night. The owners were great and answered way faster than I expected and resolved any issues quickly. I was sad to leave early due to the weather but I can't wait to come back! Thanks for letting us stay!
