Beds were comfortable, walking distance to shopping, food and Starbucks. Neighborhood felt very safe and really enjoyed being close by to extended family - will stay here again !

This is a great location and we've used this as our home base before. We'll be coming back again in the fall. Property manager was very responsive to a little issue we ran into and it was fixed ASAP! Great place!

The photos of this property don't do it justice! It is adorable and in the perfect spot for easy shopping and dining. Would DEFINITELY stay there again!

Great Executive Home Option

Great location, clean house, plenty of room and on a nice quiet street. Perfect option for a work trip with a two minute walking access to shops and dining.

Great Stay!

Communication with Jason was great! House was clean and true to the pictures. Excellent location being within walking distance of the Birkdale shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit the area.

Great Location

This house is very clean and well stocked with all the necessities you need and located in a quaint, quiet neighborhood a short walk to a charming shopping center with plenty of options for any taste in food and clothing.

Spent the weekend with family in Charlotte. Enjoyed the house to give us a bit of space. House was really nice and comfortable. Location was great.

Excellent! Great location and spots for the weekend.

This rental worked out great for us. We got in late, it was easy to get inside and enjoy our stay. We were back and forth visiting friends all weekend but it was nice to have place to allow our daughter to nap before our next visit later that day. House is clean and the amenities worked really well for us. It rained all weekend so we didn’t get to use the outside much but the yard is big enough to soak in some sun next time or throw a baseball around. Will definitely consider this spot next time we are in Charlotte! Oh and the location is very convenient to the grocery story, Birkdale village shopping and etc, which is also great!

We had a great stay and would highly recommend the property. Jason was extremely responsive to any questions or needs, although there were very few given how well laid out and equipped the property was. It was a very comfortable and safe setting, while still being just a short stroll from Birkdale Village for restaurants, shopping and everything else it has to offer. A perfect landing spot for us and a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
