It was an ideal location for us, just a few minutes away from our son and his family. Being close to down town was an extra plus. It was a great place to “crash” after a busy day with family.

The house is in a wonderful location. It is walkable to downtown Davidson, which has lots of shopping and places to eat. It was easy to get to Huntersville and Mooresville where we have family. Rob was very easy to contact for any questions we had. Our dog loved the backyard and walks to the park. We would definitely stay here again

A wonderful property! We found the home to be well supplied with all that makes it a home away from home. Immaculately clean and well maintained it made provided a very comfortable stay. The neighborhood is charming and made for interesting strolls. Fantastic visit to the Davidson area. House is walking distance to the cute town center and all of its amenities. So many parks and green space to explore in addition to the shops and restaurants of the town. House is very dog-friendly, and we particularly liked the fenced in yard where they could roam around freely. House was clean and well-maintained. Cute park right around the corner where we walked the dogs. Host is very responsive and friendly. We will be back.
