The property is beautiful..has a fabulous garden you can pick from. The view is spectacular. Boat rental was great and you can cruise to Mullett lake and spend the day. The amenities were great. Host was available at any time and willing to help with anything needed.

The place is fantastic, The grounds were very clean, the house was very clean, all supplies that were needed were there. This is the cleanest home that I've ever rented. Kathy was fantastic with responding right away, The pie was a nice surprise and was delicious. The outdoor fire pit was the best we ever had at a rental by far, it was fantastic. The area is very quiet at night, the view was southing. Stores within a few minutes, Location is fantastic. It was 2 adults with 4 kids and we had plenty of space.

We cannot say enough about the Majesty of this home. Honestly pictures do not do it justice. It is cozy and homey... our Hostess was beyond patient with our questions. It was just pristine. I have no other words. Other than if you have an interest, don't hesitate, go go. We cannot wait to go back next year. We will stay longer next time :-)

This property was a very good choice for our family. There is lots of outdoor space. The dock on the river was great for fishing. The use of kayaks and a canoe was a plus. We did rent the pontoon and it was in good working condition. We spent a day on the boat exploring the waterways. Our grandsons got to go tubing, which was great fun! The home was very nice and clean. Everything we needed was there.We will definitely rent this home again when we return to the area.Thank you, Kathy. We enjoyed the pie that was waiting for us when we checked in!

Truly a 5 star stay!

Such a beautiful home and location on the river. Kathy was very easy to communicate with. It was so comfortable and filled with amenities. The added bonus of kayaks and paddle boards and option of the pontoon boat was so nice. It was very clean and it was a relaxing stay. We didn’t want to leave to go to our next stop!

Nice and relaxing stay

Our family of 7 had a great stay. We relaxed on the water everyday. It was nice having a washer and dryer to use and almost anything imaginable in the kitchen to use. The kids loved the hot tub and exploring the gardens. The fresh pie was a nice and memorable touch.

Beautiful Michigan vacation

Kathy was an excellent hostess and made herself available to us at any time, so she was very accommodating. The lake house was beautiful and very clean and had many amenities. It was very comfortable to stay there and we fully enjoyed the beauty of the grounds and the lake. Kathy gets 5 stars all the way for making our stay there a memorable one !!!

Family Vacation

We loved our stay! The house, garden, fire pit, boat… it was all perfect. We were welcomed with a homemade apple pie (made from apples off the property) and a very thoughtful gift basketl. If Michigan is in our vacation plans again, we will definitely come back. 100% recommend!

Fun Fourth of July

We arrived at check-in, Kathy and her son met us to go over things and make sure we didn’t have any questions. The house was beautiful and had everything we could need. The rooms were spacious and had great views. We were very happy with our stay and are looking forward to our next stay here.

Amazing owners

We had an amazing stay at the house. Very clean and organized house. Has everything you could ever need in the kitchen. The owner was very hospital and went way above any expectations.

Outstanding Vacation Home on the Cheboygan River

This is an outstanding place to stay at with plenty of outdoor toys to use, Kayaks, Paddle board, Bikes, Grills, huge fire pit with plenty of firewood, plenty of outdoor chairs and tables. The Pontoon boat was so convenient to use and take cruises up and down the Cheboygan River. The owner goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable.

Gem of a place

Ask for the boat, it is a wonderful plus! Very nice master bathroom that we all loved. Enjoyed the hot tub too! Great location, plenty of space to spread out. Lots of extras like bikes, games, etc.

Girlfriend Trip

zWe had a fantastic time. Kathy was so nice and made our stay remarkable. The house was so well equipped with everything and anything . Great time on the river!

This place has everything! Stocked extremely well. Hosts were very friendly and attentive. They even baked an apple pie for our arrival! Ask about the pontoon rental. Pictures don't do the place justice. Five stars!

Amazing Vacation Rental

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time. Our hosts were so thoughtful and accommodating. The home has all the supplies you would possibly need. We loved the boat, hot tub and fire pit time(s’mores were supplied).. we enjoyed the local sites of Mackinaw island/city and falls. We would love to stay again. It was an outstanding vacation. Family vacation destination

What a surprise and joy this family vacation rental was for our group. Kathy was a great host and welcomed us on day one with an informative tour, a river life gift basket and a delicious raspberry rhubarb pie. She is so kind and attentive to all the details. The hot tub, master bath, coffee bar and most importantly THE VIEW were highlights of our family trip. We had teens and seniors in our group and there was something for everyone.
