Please note the Security Deposit is $1250. Please note if occupancy greater than 8 is permitted, an extra $200 per person per week for 9th and 10th guest may be added to the weekly rental rate. No more than 10 guests, including all children, are permitted. Accommodation for 3 vehicles Maximum. No parking on the lawn permitted. No use of the Deck Fire Table permitted. The basement is unavailable for guest use. Homeowner items, such as kayaks, are placed in defined storage areas and are not available for guest use. Check in at 4PM, Check out at 10AM. Garbage is to be brought to the development dumpster before or upon departure. Waterfront Amenities offered: shared pedestrian access to the shore.

Please note: VRBO will generate the cost of your stay when you enter dates and number of occupants, this quote is accurate and has already been adjusted to add taxable administrative fees above the owner's rental rate. The amount you pay to VRBO includes added VRBO and agency administrative fees (the added amount the Agency charges to book this property through VRBO). These added charges will not be reflected on your lease papers, as they are not part of the Lease Agreement between you and the homeowner, and so rates quoted here will reflect a rate higher than listed elsewhere. The rental rate that is noted in the body of the property description is the actual amount that will be reflected in the lease agreement; this amount is without added fees. Please let us know if you need further clarification. All bookings require a separate Lease Agreement and Lease Packet to be completed and signed by both parties within an Agency determined time frame after booking through VRBO/Homeaway to bind the reservation. Please do NOT initiate a request to book until we let you know we are ready, as it will either be declined, allowed to expire, or edited to a higher rate to include an added administrative fee, to cover associated VRBO penalties, since we'll need time to discuss your reservation with the homeowner.
