Featuring a king bedded master suite with TV and an adjoining bath and additional sleeping in the main area to include a pull down queen bed with another full bath again make this property perfect for a family of four.
Numerous amenities such as Amavida coffee our local organic free trade coffee roaster, shampoo and conditioner from our in-town Apothecary store Pish Posh Patchouli's, custom soaps and beach towels and cart just to name a few are included to enhance your stay.
And the crown jewel of your visit and just steps away; our beautiful sugar white sand beach and crystal blue Caribbean water, where you can enjoy a day at the beach and then look forward to amazing sunsets. Wonderful place

Here only four nights, but wish it had been much longer. Rosemary vibe is much, much better than nearby beaches. This property was perfect in all aspects-very well located, extremely clean and comfortable, very responsive owner Cheryl Moodie helped with questions before we got there. Could not have been happier if we had scripted it ourselves.

Perfect Long Weekend (minus the weather)

Great condo in the heart of Rosemary. Check in was easy, Cheryl was super communicative and easy to work with. Lots of restaurants, shops, etc within walking distance did t use any of the pools but we did walk by a few of them and they looked nice. Spent most time on the beach amidst overcast and light rain weather but nothing anyone can control. If we ever returned to Rosemary would definitely stay here again. 10/10!,

My experience

This was our first time staying in Rosemary Beach, we learned what we would do different for next time. The condo was clean and an awesome location if you want to be on the square around the shops and restaurants. The walk is about 5 minutes to the beach; it wasn't bad. Unless you are hauling a lot of stuff to the beach. The condo is above a restaurant; we didn't ever hear anything while in the condo. I believe the only negative is that the door to the condo's parking spot is in the back where the employees of the restaurant hang out. And the trash dumpster. But there is another exit option.

Great location!

This property was perfect for our little family! It was close to the beach and all the local shops..we loved that we were able to walk everywhere. Beautiful town! We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for a perfect trip!

This mother/ daughter trip could not have been better. We chose the perfect place to stay and enjoyed the area so much! Farmers Market on Sunday brought us lots of goodies, and the restaurants were the best and all within walking distance. Cheryl was great to work with!

Rosemary Beach Getaway

My husband and I planned our first visit to Rosemary Beach and we could not have picked a more perfect location for our stay. Located in the center of this quaint town, it was quiet yet steps away from amazing restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques and the beach. The apartment itself was beautiful, updated and stocked with every conceivable item you might need. We spent every morning relaxing on the large balcony with the super comfy chairs. I’ve already recommended this place to several friends and family. We will be back for sure. Thank you for hosting us.

Perfect Rosmary location for a quick getaway!

This was a our fourth visit to Rosemary but our first in this delightful condo! Excellent location right in Rosemary Beach community. Very well maintained, super clean and well appointed condo with a cute little balcony. Check in/check out was super easy, too. Look forward to staying in this unit again!

This is where you want to stay!

This condo was perfect. Not only was it spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished, there were also little touches like quality soap/shampoo and coffee. The location could not be better. Cheryl made sure the arrival, check-in, and check-out processes were clear and easy. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. I ate all my meals out as I was only there for two nights, but the kitchen was well set up had I chosen to cook. I plan to come back for a longer visit and will definitely stay here again.

Great experience

We loved staying at this rental property! It was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect because all the restaurants and shops are right there. A very close walk to the beach and pools. I would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing paradise

It was nice staying in the heart of Rosemary. We were just a few steps above the heart of Rosemary and able to walk to almost anywhere we wanted to go. Absolutely loved the town and location of the condo.

Loved our stay !

This was our first time in Rosemary and it will definitely not be our last ! We will continue to book this condo if available! Very clean and awesome pool. Location is great. Local soap and coffee available in the suite was amazing! We had to buy some for our home. Wish there was better TVs but that’s my only complaint. Absolutely loved this family friendly condo.

Great place to stay for a week-long getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the beach & our stay in this condo. Check-in was a breeze and Cheryl was excellent to work with. The place had everything we needed for it to feel like a home away from home. The location was ideal being directly in the town square with a short walk to the beach. Can’t wait to schedule our next trip back!

Our stay was just perfect. Located in a super convenient location in the heart of Rosemary Beach. The beach is super close by along with restaurants and shops. I had my two adult children with me and the vibe there was exactly in their age range in the 30’s. Lots and lots of young families. The place we stayed at was clean and had everything we needed. The only recommendation I could make, but I think it goes across the board with all the places people rent there is to have more beach keys because you need it to go in and out of the beach and if somebody stays the other people don’t have a key because you need it to leave. Or they should make the exit of the beach where you don’t need the key to leave. But everything else was phenomenal and I highly highly recommend it.

Amazing spring break!

We had the best time for our first visit to Rosemary! This condo is perfectly located and walking distance to everything you could want including 4 pools and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Cheryl was wonderful to communicate with and very accommodating. We traveled with our children ages 2 and 4 and the unit was great for our needs. We will be back next year!

Great location great apartment

This little apartment was perfect for a mother daughter beach vacation! Having 2 beds and 2 bathrooms for the two of us made it very comfortable. It is a great location! We rented a car and only used it one time all week. We’ll probably skip the car rental next time. Restaurants, beach, pool, a little grocery are all easy walks. The Sunday farmers market was great! We needed some extra bedding and the owner took care of it immediately. I would definitely rent this property again.

Wonderful weekend getaway!

Condo was just perfect. Comfy furniture and we loved the Murphy bed compared to a pull-out so we didn’t have to make up a sofa bed every night. Very smart. Within walking distance to everything so we didn’t even need a rental car😊 Loved the location! Will stay here again!

Cozy, charming and convenient

This was our first visit to Rosemary Beach. What a charming town with a gorgeous beach! This unit is very well located in the lovely downtown area on the square, where it’s an easy walk to all of the amazing restaurants. It’s also a really easy walk to the beach. Both the owner and local contact were very quick to respond to questions that came up during our stay and provide anything we needed. The unit is located in the building on the square that houses The Hidden Lantern—a wonderful independent bookstore and a fabulous wine shop called Cork & Barrel. That’s the easiest way to navigate to the unit. Tip—-upon arrival, park out front in that block and it’s easy to spot the entry between Cork & Barrel and a coffee shop. After unloading, continue a bit down that block and turn right at the first corner—W. Long Green Street. Next, an immediate right turn on Wiggle Lane takes you to convenient, well-marked designated parking directly behind the building. Highly recommend making reservations at some of the amazing fine restaurants on the square. We went to Pescado, Restaurant Paradis and Gallion’s. Quite a few others that we hope to try out next visit.
