Perfect location overlooking the pool and the beautiful turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Sunset Condos are located between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach within a gated community with your own private beach. Great restaurants, bars and coffee shops are all within walking distance. Cycling, jogging and walking on the fantastic 30A is at your doorstep.

This spacious condo is furnished with bedding, linen, beach and bath towels. We also include 4 backpack style beach chairs and an umbrella. After a day at the beach relax on the spacious patio overlooking the pool and ocean with stunning sunsets.

This first floor condo is conveniently set on one level, so no steps to get to the pool (pool heated November - April).

*** Master Bedroom is very spacious and has a walk in closet and full bathroom with tub and walk in shower, with 2 separate vanities.

*** Queen bedroom with full en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo.

***Queen bedroom with tub/shower combo off the hall.

We provide you with a startup supply of paper and cleaning products.
All showers are equipped with soap/shampoo/conditioner.
All vanities and kitchen have antibacterial hand soap dispensers.

Reservation/ Booking Policy:
. Minimum age of renter is 30.

• Payments are non-refundable, so we urge guests to purchase cancellation insurance offered by VRBO when making a reservation.
• Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date.

Beach Condo

This was the perfect place for our trip. Location was wonderful. We could walk to everything. We also liked being close to the beach access.

Great spot in a great location

Nice condo in a great spot. Everything was as described in the listing and the property owner was quick to answer our questions. It was a great visit.

The Condo was beautiful , Plenty of room for my family. Some of the lightbulbs were out the shower heads need to be replaced, I would rent this condo again. We did miss the ocean view this condo is ground level. The Owner was good to work with as well. See you next year 2025..

Quick getaway!

We loved staying at this condo located right on the beach!! Condo was spacious & clean. Kitchen had a great assortment of pots/pans & cooking needs. Great location for walking to several restaurants and nightlife. Beaches were super crowded but we were there on a holiday week & expected it. The chairs & umbrella was a nice addition so we didn’t have to rent. Only negative thing is it isn’t on an upper floor so you can view the beach/ocean. We would stay there again & recommend to friends & family.

Great location esp with little ones

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! The pool and beach being so close was so helpful with our 3 little boys (5 and under). The beach is crowded (as most 30A beaches are), but nice people and gorgeous! The restaurants in the area were wonderful, and the kitchen is fully stocked so we were able to cook meals in too. The condo was a bit dated as the pictures clearly show, but great space for a family of 5, and it was clean which is what matters to us! Helpful things provided were a crib, umbrella, and beach chairs. Thank you!!

Awesome!

Awesome location right in the heart of Rosemary. VERY spacious apartment on floor level so convenient to access beach with young kids. Each bedroom have its own bathroom. Very spacious living area and kitchen. You must be an early bird if you want a front spot on the beach because it gets really crowded. We will definitely be back.

DEEP cleaning needed!

First, the location of this property is amazing, as it's ocean front with pool within steps to the unit. However, we have stayed at several other units in this building and they were completely remodeled and super clean. This one unfortunately is in need of a DEEP cleaning, new furniture, and new floors, as it felt dirty the entire stay! Not to mention the amount of dust in the air vents and the toilets running all night! Lastly, even tough the pool is right outside the back door, you still are required to walk around from the front to access (unless your the owner with a key to the gate)...also having one key fob per 2 vehicles was a challenge from time to time when security wasn't at front gates to let you in. I would stay again if the unit was cleaned and remodeled as it was a great location.

Construction zone.

We were quite surprised with the construction going on. Finding a parking spot was challenging as half of the spots were taken by construction workers. We were not warned ahead of time and when we called and reported it we were told the construction was not in our building however there was construction sign on the gate we walked into to get to our condo. The work started early so no sleeping in on vacation. The condo itself was great.

Great location. Very nice condo.

Very nice condo and centrally located to fun spots/shops/restaurants. However, we paid $800 for a golf cart that we were not allowed to use or even park on the property. This rule was not listed in the description of the property!! We had a question about our unit. Judy Peach was not only not helpful but she was very rude. We have booked with VRBO for many years and have always had a pleasant experience so this was shocking and disappointing.

Drop off spot for every other property in East 30A

The unit itself is as advertised, but they don’t mention that the beach access here is used for hundreds of units in the neighboring area. There are shuttles dropping people off all day long right in front of this unit (and picking them back up). Because of this, the beach is SUPER crowded and you are only allowed to set up chairs in one small area. There are also people walking by the unit all day long. The first floor unit means no view of the ocean. The pool has zero shade and completely uninviting. The lady starts with the leaf blower at the pool at about 7AM. That’s all I got. FWIW - I’ve never written a negative review before.

Don’t Book During Peak Season

The main issue we had was no dryer in the unit. We weren’t given enough notice to find a new place, and it was difficult to get extra towels. The other main issue is the fact this stretch of beach has way too many guests with access. Beach service does not come with the rental, and during peak season there are no rentals available. The unit comes with beach chairs and an umbrella, but we had to go out at 5:00 am to get on the second row of chairs on the beach. The pool is a nice escape, and the unit was well-appointed. But the crowd and customer service makes this place a no-go for me in the future.

Nice condo - not enough beach space

The condo was very nice - clean, spacious, well appointed, and conveniently located. The beach was TERRIBLE- way too overcrowded. The only beach chairs available were in 5th row, basically sitting with the chair crew and unable to see water or kids even though plenty were unoccupied. We woke up and got to the beach (had to climb fence or wait for security to unlock gate at 6:00, but he didn’t know the code) before 6am to get a spot in front to enjoy the beach and see the kids. Seacrest beach area is WAY too small to accommodate the number of reservations they have, and there is very little beach etiquette. We’ve been to Destin and other areas of 30A my entire life; I’ve never experienced this kind of crowd. Again, the condo was very nice. We were thankful they had chairs available. We rented a bigger, better umbrella from La Dolce Vida each day, and it was great.

Great location, such wonderful potential.

Overall the furniture and other condo contents are bare bones. Details below: Kitchen—Dishwasher works intermittently. Kitchen needs cutting board, baking sheet, dish brush, dish towels. Den- shutters on French doors will not stay seated in doors. Bad design and at a minimum magnets needs to be replace. I replaced 1 during visit. In bad need of chairs that are decent to sit in-only chairs are wicker with cushions and very uncomfortable. Can’t relax in den except for 3 people on couch. Bedrooms- all carpets are soiled and well worn. Bathrooms—very limited towels and no bar soap for showers/baths.

find a different condo

I've been coming to 30a for years and unfortunately this was the first time I've been disappointed. Ironically, this is also the most expensive place we've ever stayed. The condo is outdated, which is fine. Seacrest is older but upon arriving, there was still sand in two of the bathtubs- YUCK. Were they not cleaned? The dishwasher sort of worked. The pods they left would never dissolve. Communication with the property manager was cold. I also inquired if there was a gym, the PM responded "no", come to find out upon reading discharge papers that you can register for gym and other amenity pass with Rosemary Beach. The beach is beautiful but this place was overpriced.

So much fun

The beds were very comfortable! The condo was very clean and well decorated! The location was right outside of the pool so you don’t have a great view of the ocean but it’s so convenient to beach and you’re not waiting for an elevator or climbing stairs. I would definitely go back !!!
