Happen to be there during an event it was such a good time! The property is somehow private yet so much going on you can relax and socialize. We have stayed in the past and the place hasn’t changed still very well kept. We felt really safe and welcomed we will return for sure!!!!

Me, Wife & Boat love these Bungalows!!

One of the easiest and best places to stay with a boat on the delta. Rooms are clean, beds are great, place has all you need for your stay. The views from large deck are awesome too!

We found this bungalow during a family visit to UOP. Safe, walkable marina, two great restaurants within easy reach, and a straight shot to campus.But the real story is the deck. Sunrise and sunset over the delta — and even on a rainy day, the views were so open I never felt cooped up.The unexpected highlight: a resident goose family. Dad on the water, mom nesting quietly right under the deck. We checked on them every morning. It made the stay feel like a real escape.For anyone visiting Stockton, this is the place. We’ll be back.

Very Nice Spot

Very clean and well furnished. Good location to visit Lodi wine country. Near to stores and shopping. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Very Nice reasonably priced

Very nice place to stay. The Bungalow is warm, charming and well supplied. We appreciated being a gated community with security on the premises.

Still the best view!

We stayed last year, and this year was just as lovely. The bungalow is private and quiet. Easy to access and another great dinner at Garlic Brothers made a nice visit.

Fabulous

Very clean, comfortable, cozy, safe place. We really enjoyed the on-site restaurant (garlic Brothers). We are repeat guests and will definitely stay here again.
