Fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, easy access to the beach. What more could you ask for? We have stayed more than once, this host is amazing. They have thought of everything to make your stay amazing.

A great place to stay. Spacious, well maintained, and Cassandra was super responsive to the few minor issues we ran into during our stay. Definitely will stay again.

This place was fantastic for our mixed group. There was plenty of room and bathrooms. The location was the best part and having both the beach and the po was fantastic!!!

This was fifth time we have stayed in this house. It is our favorite. It has everything you need. The layout is perfect. It is easy walking distance to the OIB businesses, yet far enough away to be quiet. I highly recommend everyone stay here.

This beach house is wonderful! The back porch looks over the ocean and the pool. There are several rocking chairs on the porch and there is a porch swing at a shaded area halfway to the beach. My extended family had a wonderful week at the beach, in the pool and playing games and puzzles in the house. The kitchen is very well stocked and the bedrooms were very comfortable. There is a lovely sun porch on the second floor as well. Cassandra is a welcoming and responsive host. We will definitely come back to this amazing beach retreat!

Aurora was just as advertised. Lovely ocean front property. It fit our family’s needs well, especially with the one room with a bed for mom and dad and others for 2 little girls. There was a small problem with the girls’ bed and someone responded promptly though the issue couldn’t be completely resolved until later. We also saw these two additional things before we left: the white porch rocker closest to the door has arms that are not fastened down. And the teal rocker that was farthest from the door has a broken back. And I broke a glass getting it out of the dishwasher. My granddaughters and the rest of the family thoroughly enjoyed the big pool. Overall, we had a wonderful week in Aurora.

Great family beach week

My family had the best week at the beach in this lovely home. It was in a great location, had every convenience we could have wanted, and was steps from the beach. What more could we have asked for? We would definitely recommend this house and would love to return.

If I could give this house more than 5 stars I would. Our stay was AMAZING! The hosts were quick to respond, over accommodating, and very informative. This property has the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever stayed at. Comfy beds and beautifully decorated! One of my favorite spots was the swing on the gazebo. We truly hope these hosts welcome us back to their property in the future!

This was our fifth year staying here. Home has everything you need and more. Walkable to 'downtown'.

Great Location!

Our stay was wonderful! The location of the house was perfect. Close to everything, including the OIB Recreation Department where they sponsored daily free events for the kids!

We could not have asked for a better week The house was clean with everything we needed. The pool was nice and plenty of room for sharing. The location made it easy to walk for ice cream , play ground , pier fishing and more.Checking in and out was a breeze. Thank you so much for sharing your home.

Great place for a family celebration

The house was a great location and setup to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. We enjoyed all of the amenities that it has to offer. Looking forward to renting this property in the future.

Wonderful trip

The house was exactly as listed. Right on the beach, shared pool, and terrific views. Check in was easy and the owner was very responsive. There were six senior women and we were very comfortable. Restaurants easy to drive to and delicious. The house was updated and lovely.

We had a wonderful visit, the weather was perfect (the tropical storm passed hours before we arrived), would love to stay there again!

Loved Aurora!

We had 4 adults and 5 kids and had a fantastic stay. Casandra was super quick to respond to our questions leading up to the stay. The house was perfect for our group and the location was ideal. We loved it!

Great beach house perfect location

We had a wonderful week at Aurora! The location is excellent, the pool is great, the beach is only steps away! And the house is beautiful… updated and has everything you would need. Truly a gem at OIB.

Annual Family Vacay

House is spacious and updated at a great location. Separate icemaker and extra fridge downstairs are so convenient. Our second year at this duplex and we would definitely book this property again
