We had a wonderful stay. In between the lovely Florida rain we enjoyed the pool and the river.. If the opportunity presents itself to us in the future we will be back!!

We had an excellent stay for Spring Break! The home was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. The pool was amazing! The owner was so kind and accommodating when we asked to bring our dog last minute. This Spring Break trip was a hit for our whole family.

Fourth visit. A little resort all to yourself. Rainbow River launch access close by with a nice park atmosphere.

The property is very clean. This is a well stocked house to make your stay enjoyable. The pool and area surrounding the pool are a tropical oasis! Plenty of towels and pool toys. The kayaks and canoe are a nice perk! We rented the golf cart from the host. I saw a deer running in the morning across the street. I also saw a humming bird in the backyard, which made my day! Plenty to do in the area with Kp hole park (tubing available) and the Rainbow Springs State Park (Advanced reservations required) close by. The Rainbow Springs State park campground located at a different address has tubing available. There are boat rentals close by along with plenty of stores. There is so much to do in this area.

We enjoyed our quick getaway-the backyard was a private peaceful retreat. Was able to get work done while the kids played in the pool. We enjoyed the easy access to the river to launch our kayaks and paddleboards during the day and gathering around the fire pit at night. Thank you for opening your home to us!

Our second stay. Love the pool area. House was clean and welcoming. Neighborhood was quiet and welcoming. Walking distance or golf cart drive to the river. We will definitely be back.

This place is great and my family stays here a few times each year. Its location is very convenient with the private park and water access. The master bed is very comfortable and the back porch and pool area are fabulous!! There are plenty of kayaks, floats, and pool toys provided along with everthing else you should need. I Highly recommend this house for adults and fa.ilies, theres something for everyone!

What a PERFECT place! This home has everything you could possibly need, and more. We didn't even use the kayaks and the golf cart! The pool is lovely and this home is decorated so beautifully, we are ready to turn around and come right back. But real life calls and we must heed. Soon though, we will book again! We had a wonderful time for our one-year anniversary and Michael's 71st birthday. Thank you, great host!
