Newly Renovated & Vacation ready - Jacuzzi - 2 min walk to the sand -lower level

As you enter the front gate you will be greeted by the 24 hour gaurd. As you drive to our home you will pass the the private beach on your right that has a volleyball court, bathrooms, shaded picnic area, and a little boardwalk leading straight to the ocean stairs so your toes won't get hot as you walk to the ocean. As you pull up to the home you will have parking for 5 cars in front. The single car garage on the left will be available for you during your stay. It is not for cars to park inside. The front dutch door has a beautiful original stainglass window.

There are 4 bedrooms downstairs that are available for you when you rent our home. Three bedrooms have their own attached bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have additional doors exiting the home. Two of them lead to thw back yard lagoon so they have alarms on them. The family room, living, and dinning room are visible from the kitchen as well as all the bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have doors to exit the home. The house has an amazing amounts of windows. The light streams in perfectly all day.

The backyard faces east so you get to enjoy sunrises over the Carlsbad Lagoon. The outdoor courtyard is in the center of the home. It has lounging chairs, dining table, and bbq. Tucked on the side of the home is an outdoor shower to help remove the sand and salt water from the beach. The courtyard leads you to the backyard through the latched gate. The backyard has access to the hot tub, and lounging seats. The beautiful Lagoon is open and unobstructed in our back yard.

The Vaulted ceilings throughout the home is beautiful and comfortable. The Kitchen has a granite island with a gas cooktop and counter height seating. The built in undercounter ice machine is an amazing touch. The kitchen is stocked to allow you to cook all your meals if that is what you want.

There are two living areas just off the kitchen to lounge, watch tv, play games, and connect with each other. The couches are very comfortable and welcome a large crowd.

The dining room is tucked off the lower living area. There is a door leading to the outdoor courtyard from the dining room.

The laundry room has 2 double stacked units to get the job done. Free wifi is always offered. There are alarms on back doors to protect little ones from the back yard water source. The single car garage will be open to you for parking your bikes and putting beach toys in. The staircase leads you to an indoor sitting area only. The indoor 2nd floor sitting area is the only space available to our guests upstairs. It offers an ocean view and a quiet space to talk, read, or meditate for 2 people.

Whether you are visiting friends in the area or looking for a resort vacation, this charming 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath beach home may be right for you. Nestled in North County San Diego, once you arrive, you will feel like you are truly away from it all. Relax and enjoy yourself. Sit in the patio and enjoy the ocean breeze on a peaceful afternoon, use our community's pickle-ball courts, take a walk on the beach or sit in your beach chair and watch the kids play on the sand, play beach volleyball, or get your feet in the ocean.

The house is ideal for a families, couples, or retreats up to 10 adults.

Year-round visitors to St. Malo enjoy a private beach, a charming cabana with BBQ facilities, a sand volleyball court, 3 tennis courts and paddle tennis. Golf, restaurants, Legoland (10 min), La Costa Spa (15 min), Disneyland (45min), Sea World (45 min), Del Mar Race Track and Batiquitos Lagoon are nearby.

House is equipped with high-speed internet, 2 smart TV, 4 boogie boards, 10 beach towels and 6 beach chairs.

Please note: this is a family community and we enjoy renting to couples and families. This is not a party house. Parties will not be allowed.
