This is an amazing property so close to the beach with a pool and hot tub, ocean views, plenty of space, fully updated.I would 10/10 recommend for families! We had a blast!

Laurie excellent host she handled any situation we had quickly and made our stay more enjoyable.The house is excellent in all ways.Easy walking distance from cafes/ restaurants and a good area to walk along the beach and cycle around Oceanside and Carlsbad.

Amazing property. Extremely cozy and very clean. Ton of amenities. The kids were able to enjoys the pool, jacuzzi and beach. Definitely want to come back to this property next spring break!!!!! Our host was great!!!

The house was clean and just as described. The kitchen had everything that could possibly be needed. We loved the pool and hot tub - there were tons of pool toys. Laurie was very prompt in answering any email or text.

Excellent and accommodating home for a family of 11. Lots of bedding, tvs, clean bathrooms, coffee pots, pans of All kinds. Most of all the pool was warm, Jacuzzi very warm And bubbly, so much fun for the whole family. The views of the ocean were so vivid. The pelicans flying above were a joy to watch. We hope to return one day.

I had the best time celebrating my 40th with five of my closest girlfriends! The house had everything we needed, from kitchen items, pool floats, beach cruisers, and great communication with the hosts. They gave me a welcome tray full of goodies, awesome recommendations to local hot spots, and greeted us on arrival. We will book again!

Legoland/beac get away

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this lovely home! Laurie was amazing! Home is very well appointed- everything we needed- from the kitchen gear to beach toys was there. We highly recommend this property and host!

A perfect home for four families with toddlers. We loved the pool and the yard for hanging out. The inside is very spacious - we could all spread out when we wanted to. Laurie was so helpful and accessible. Thanks for the great stay!

Lovely home

We loved this rental! It has was a great home for all of us to be together but have space. We cooked, swam and enjoyed our family time.

Truly amazing home, amazing location and host. Laurie is incredible and the house has everything you could possibly need! Wonderful location and perfect for our group of 10 across all age ranges. We will be back!!!

Everything in this house was well stocked and so comfortable. There was everything you might need. The host Laurie was very welcoming and made sure we were taken care of. The house was beautiful and we loved the pool. The only thing I wish is that it had a better beach nearby. The one near the house was rocky and not much for the kids to play on so we had to go 2 miles to Oceanside beach or drive to other beaches.

Girls trip

We had the BEST time! Laurie was amazing; she had a welcome gift for the group and for the bride who we were celebrating on this trip. She was available for any questions, the house was ADORABLE, and it was so nice being close to restaurants and coffee shops!

Perfect multi family stay

We absolutely loved this house. It was perfect for our needs. We had a wedding near by and needed a nice place to have multiple family members in one place. Having the pool and spa was great. Kitchen was well supplied and gorge. House exceeded expectations!

We loved staying at this beautiful property for our week long family reunion! The layout and number of bedrooms worked out perfectly for us. The kitchen is probably the most well-equipped kitchen of any VRBO we have stayed in. We all enjoyed the heated pool, especially the kids. There were plenty of pool toys, toys and games for the kids, too. And it was an easy walk to the beach. Laurie is an amazing host, easy to work with and very responsive when we had any questions or issues. We would absolutely stay here again!

This has been the most wonderful vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in! Every bit of the house was flawless. It was beautiful and clean, the yard was immaculate and the pool was absolutely stunning. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you’d need. The beds were comfortable and there was a lot of room for everyone. I’d VERY highly recommend this property to anyone looking!
