Amazing 4-bedroom vacation home sitting directly on the ocean! This is the LOWER LEVEL of a two-unit villa. This one-story rental has a full kitchen with granite counters, travertine floors, a living and dining room that looks straight out to the water, and an oceanfront patio that with patio furniture a BBQ, and a private spa! There are 2 washer and dryer units, so when you return home, you will not have loads and loads of laundry! Nothing was spared when this rental was built. Portable AC units available upon request. Come escape to luxury on the beach!

Additional parking is available at our office, located at 1640 Oceanside Blvd., Oceanside CA 92054.

This vacation rental is a home away from home. Each room has character, and everything is professionally decorated. You will find everything you need right in the rental, from beach towels to linens, from spices to coffee grinders and garlic presses. We have stocked the kitchens keeping in mind you might be cooking a Thanksgiving feast. Just imagine all of the memories that will be made on your vacation on the beach! All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

I definitely recommend this property. The check in process was smooth. It was so easy communicating with the management company. The view of the beach was amazing.

Great Location; Amazing Beachfront

Holiday with family

We loved everything about this place- location and amenities. We had a family of 10 and it was perfect for all of us- spa, fire pit and bar b q were all enjoyed! Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of beds for all! Thank you!

Great house and location

We had a wonderful stay. There were a few hiccups trying to get in, but were easily and quickly fixed. Some minor issues but nothing we couldn't do handle for our short stay.

Great beach stay

I wanted something right on the beach and this was perfect. Lots of room for everyone and very comfortable. I would love to go back. I would probably prefer the privacy of an upper unit and will look into it for next time. Great trip!

Beach front

We had a great trip. We had a little trouble with the door code when we arrived, but the property manager was very responsive. The ocean outside out window was gorgeous.

Great house

I enjoyed the house but felt uncomfortable that the door from the patio was missing. Felt like anyone walking on the pathway could come onto our patio.

Great place!

Listing is just as they advertise. Clean, neat, comfortable. They have a well organized management system, honestly never had to talk to them once and the app and digital entry worked perfectly which might be the best compliment to management I can give (I do the same thing for a living, they do it better).

Beautiful location with plenty of space!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for two nights with two kids and our pup. The view of the ocean was amazing—we sat on the patio watching dolphins and enjoying the scenery for quite a while. It’s about a half-mile walk to enter the beach, where you’ll also find the boardwalk, food stands, a henna tattoo stand, bike rentals, and more. We wish we could have stayed longer!

A nice getaway

The property was well furnished. Kitchen with well equipped. Surprisingly there was only one television in the living room. No mention of the 20 steps to get to the unit. Two of the bedrooms had oversized bunk beds. There was a major issue with fly’s not just a few but many. We didn’t use the grill or spa but tried to use fire pit and that did not work. I would go back again.

Lovely Beach Escape

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location on the Strand, but fortunately just a bit further down than where the cars can drive, which was a real blessing. Huge place, quiet bedrooms, clean, great response from rental company, outstanding communication on their part. Loved the panoramic doors-they also provided a very quiet space when closed. Patio is visible to passing people, guests next door and above, so not private. Hot tub worked well, plenty of seating. Good water pressure/hot water. Highly recommend.

Dream Getaway

This location is breathtaking! The sounds of the wave crashing on the rocks immediately removes the stresses of the world. We came out to celebrate our Father's 60 Bday and had an amazing time. The house was well stocked! Everything (fire pit, barbecue, hot tub) was clean and in working order. So convenient to have a washer and dryer as well. Our only complaint was the mattresses on the bunk beds. The Beds for the king and queen bedrooms were heavenly but the bunk bed mattress felt like they where crib mattresses. The entire family wants to book again but we are planning on bringing inflatable mattress or some kind of topper for bunk beds. Overall, it was a great stay!

Beautiful, but not private

The home is exactly as pictured, it felt clean and had plenty of space and a great view of the ocean. However, this was all diminished by the lack of privacy. Specifically, the lower-level unit has to share a gate with the upper unit and the unit to the left. This may not sound like a big deal, but that gate just so happens to be on the "private" patio where the spa and fire pit are. While sitting around the fire and enjoying the view, several random people just appeared on our patio and it was startling at first. This continued all night with people coming and going from our gate. This shared gate was very annoying and did not seem safe, as the street-level gate also just seemed open to the public. This unit needs to work on more secure gating, it felt like anyone could come on our property at any time, and I would not stay here again.

Beachfront review

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I enjoyed our stay at the property for the weekend. There were a few things that I recommend improving to make future stays better. The guest beds sank into a hole in the middle of the bed making sleeping very uncomfortable. The mattress' needs replacement. The outdoor furniture had some almost broken legs on the outdoor chairs and the outdoor table. We did find a few dirty spots on the guest beds. With the rates that is charged, I would have expected the furniture to have been in better shape and the outdoor garage pinpad was not working with the provided code, which we needed to have the technician come out and reset. The view and location was the best part.

Amazing Views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, I was pleased with the rental. Some of the pros: Amazing views, kitchen was well stocked, hot tub on the patio was a treat, living area was spacious and bright. Some of the cons: many areas were very dirty including the areas around the window air conditioning units, door frames and lock boxes. Due to the layout of the home, all of the bedrooms and bathrooms are extremely dark. While one of our service requests was taken care of right away, we never received a response on the second. The first day we arrived, we have a decent storm. Waves splashed up onto the wind barriers and rain was hitting the patio doors. Once it cleared, I asked to have our windows cleaned so that we could enjoy the view. That request was never followed up on, so we had salt spattered, smudged windows for the rest of the week.

Fantastic Location!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location. Enjoyed walking to downtown Oceanside and the beach was right outside our door. Sitting on the patio in the spa looking and listening to the ocean was so relaxing. Unfortunately the unit itself had some drawbacks. The beds were the worst. So uncomfortable. One of the beds had two dips in it where people laid. The beds must have been ancient or very very cheap which is disappointing since a good nights sleep is mandatory for a nice vacation. Hindering a good nights sleep also were the drapes which were too small for the windows. Imagine trying to sleep in a bedroom with 2-3 feet of window not being covered. Ridiculous! For the price we paid, this was absolutely unbelievable. In one of the bathrooms, the fan ran constantly because there was no switch to shut it off,k a mistake made when the unit was constructed and never corrected. If you don't like noise when you are trying to sleep, this made sleep impossible. The water pressure in the kitchen was also ridiculous. Very difficult to clean dishes. This is a beautiful unit but I would not return to the unit unless these items were corrected.

Problematic Amenities and Manager Services

Never had a problem with VRBO rental until this trip-we rent a few times during year from various agencies and often along this beach with NO problems. Unfortunate for our group, several issues with this property rental. With pricing expect all amenities to be functioning as advertised. Made numerous patient phone calls, resulting in hours of family and vacation time wasted in attempts to resolve with management. Rented property for family birthday and retreat-we made final property Selection based on hot tub on the front porch deck. The hot tub never worked entire trip, we called several times and after 24 hours were told was repaired, but wasn’t. The second service man gave us hose from outside to heat up, and said could not be repaired. He said hot tub needed to be replaced. There was no microwave available for party, finally replaced afternoon second day. There was no ice machine in fridge until second day, when I e machine was brought to unit by helpful service man. Water drain clogged outside and pooled onto deck requiring constant clean up, Dishwasher not bolted on or secure, retractable blinds did not function...even one of the workers stated unit unsafe and should not have been rented. One service worker sent second day was helpful and tried. We contacted management several times and promised a visit from a manager with a no show-when I contacted VRBO after we checked out was told had to take photos and document problems with unit for any reimbursement. Thought we were following protocol as outlined to resolve first with rental agency. Reasonably asked for one night reimbursement Due to the time, energy spent patiently attempting to resolve and expectation we would have a hot tub, and other functioning amenities. We were offered option of extra night, right before check out, I explained this couldn’t be arranged by family members this late. Wouldn’t be worth the travel or trouble although offer was extended within a year. Problem Is Check in is 4:00 pm and check out is 10:00 am., so paying extraordinary and unreasonable rental fees for a few hours of time and mostly sleep- Extensive construction close to property as well creating noise and limited walkway. Would have been fine if repair/option made within a reasonable time, save your money and take a trip elsewhere and stay in luxury resort with more reliable amenities and service.
