The master bedroom contains a king bed and private access to the master bath, as well as a flat screen TV. It also has a balcony door with access to the wraparound balcony. The master suite has a great view of the Gulf of Mexico.

The second bedroom is perfect for the kids or whole family with 2 queen beds (huge room!) that comfortably sleep 4. This bedroom also has a full bathroom of it's own and TV.

The living room couch folds out into a sleeper sofa.

Easy check in, parking was great and very easyOverall everything was great. Loved the open family room with all the windows and sliding doors going out to the balcony. The elevators were great too! Never waited over 5 minutes The kitchen and bathrooms need updating. The showers need new shower curtains. They were dirty. We would definitely stay again!

Great Condo

We loved the condo. Our one issue with the place was that it wasn't super clean when we first arrived but overall we really enjoyed our stay and I wouldn't let that stop anyone from checking out this location.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. On the Sand

Loved our stay. Very roomy and the ceiling to floor bank of sliding doors even in the master bedroom was beautiful. It was so nice to be on the beach to walk daily sometimes twice a day. Chase was awesome to work with.

Not Teenager Friendly

I brought 7 boys down here for Senior Trip. The condo itself was nice, though a little outdated. The couch was old and dusty, the recliner had tears all over it so the cushion was poking through, and the silverware was the plastic handle kind from the dollar store. The listing stated that there was on-site parking, but never mentioned that it was 50 per car with a max of two cars. If you wanted to add an extra car, it was 86 to park across the street in a sandlot. We got a complaint for having too many people in our condo. This was because they had 10 other kids stop by for 30 mins at 1am. The rental company came barging into our room and interrogating the only 2 of our kids that were there at the time at 3:10 pm the next day while I was not there. They were threatened to be kicked out if I did not arrive in the next 15 mins. Mind you, I was at lunch on the west end of the beach. I was told that she would be doing random checks and if I wasn’t there, they would be kicked out. Who holds someone hostage to their room?!?! The Tiki bar downstairs was selling alcohol to minors the entire trip as well. Oh yeah, and we were charged a 49 late fee because we were leaving as the cleaning crew arrived at check out.

Spring 2024 PCB stay

We found Water Crest to be cleaner, safer, and more tended to that other places we’ve stayed in PCB. We chosen 1003 because of the beautiful wide view of the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful View

The condo had a perfect view. We enjoyed being able to see fireworks from the balcony on the Fourth of July. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of dishes and pots and pans. There was plenty of room in the condo.

Peaceful

My husband and I really enjoyed this unit. The living room is very open and spacious. We have stayed at Watercrest before, but we specifically picked this unit because the master bedroom overlooks the beach. The floor to ceiling windows are amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony, which can be accessed from the living room, as well as the master bedroom. We saw dolphins almost daily and found some wonderful shells on the beach. An added touch were the military jets that flew by regularly. Would definitely stay in this unit again!

GREAT RENTAL

Condo was great very spacious, we had everything we needed and the views were amazing. I will definitely plan another stay in the future. My only negative for the stay was the pullout couch it definitely needs a new mattress as it was very uncomfortable for my son to sleep on. I still give property a 10/10.

This condo had amazing views! We would definitely book again! A very fair price compared to other rooms at Watercrest. We love the quieter end of PCB with less traffic. Very close to St Andrews State Park.

Beautiful balcony, but condo in need of update

Beautiful private balcony view. Very spacious and well stocked with cookware and start up supplies (hand soap, dish soap, laundry and dishwasher pods, etc). However, while the unit itself was very clean, it was in dire need of updating. Sofa, chairs, and beds were worn out, uncomfortable and need to be replaced ASAP.

Great rental company

We had a great stay. The rental company was always a step ahead. Easy check in and out. Unit was as described. Our only complaint is the air conditioner was very cold in the living spaces and it was very hot in the master bedroom. We never could regulate it! Overall great stay.

Nicest room we’ve stayed in to date!

My wife and I have stayed in PCB at least once and sometimes twice a year for the past 8 years. This was by far the nicest room we’ve been in. HUGE living room and the view is incredible. The rooms are plenty big, showers were average but everything else was amazing. Hotel wasn’t busy at all this time of the year. Beach wasn’t crowded. Very close to everything. I’ll absolutely be staying in this exact room again.

Spring break fun!

The view is amazing !! We had 5 other families stay in other rooms and nothing compared to our view. Everywhere in the condo u look out and see endless turquoise water and white sand! Plenty of seating area for everyone. Only issue we had is the dishwasher didn’t work while we were there. But that’s a minor fix . We had a great time

Beautiful condo

Redirected from vrbo to make final payment directly with owner which added a processing fee. Great condo and well maintained. Clean on arrival. Beautiful ocean front view from the balcony, master and living rooms. Kitchen has everything but a stockpot which wouldn’t really fit on the stove anyway because the hood vent is quite low. Beach toys and bodyboards in the closet, which we didn’t notice until the night before we left (we added an umbrella to the collection). Easy communication with ECD when we called for smoke alarm beeping and maintenance showed up quicker than a pizza delivery to swap the battery and then came back a second time to fix it because the battery wasn’t the issue. Would give the ‘location and neighborhood’ 5 stars if the tiki bar on the first floor would stay open til at least 7pm and maybe if the pool and/or hot tub would stay open after 10p for adults. We like going somewhere new in PCB every year but we'll consider this one again for next year.

Filthy and rude!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful location horrible rental company! Don't expect any southern hospitality from emerald coast destinations.. Filthiest place I have ever rented! I tried to speak with the rental company regarding the used bar of soap in the shower, dirty dishes in the cabinet, nasty floor and then I was instructed they didn't want to discuss it but I could always review the property online and state my issues so here you have it. I did read the reviews before we rented but everyone has different standards I have never in my life been so disappointed. We will NEVER rent from Emerald Coast Destinations again!!!

Never again because of Security!

We were told check in was between 4 to 6. We drove all night and arrived at 4 but decided to get a drink at the tiki bar to give them time to clean our unit. We loaded carts and headed up at 4:30. They were still in the unit cleaning so we stood away from the unit and watched the traffic from the balcony overlooking the parking lot. A man, woman and little boy came out of our unit at 5:10. They looked very stressed. We heard the woman security guard complain about 9 housekeepers had called off. We walked into a unit that was barely surface cleaned. The floors were still filthy from sand and dirt and were sticky. We didn't have a broom in the unit so we had to buy one. No starter of any supplies except two packs of soaps in both bathrooms. No extra garbage bags, no dishwasher detergent to at least do one load, no dish cleaner, no baggies or tin foil at all. One bathroom had a quarter roll of toilet paper. We've never stayed in a condo unit with absolutely no starter supplies at all and this is the most we have ever paid for a condo on the beach. The exorbitant amount we paid to stay for the week and then having to come in and clean our own condo was unexpected and not appreciated. Our biggest complaint though was the woman security guard. We were not told in advance that wristbands were required, in fact we specifically chose Water Crest because we didn't see any reviews saying they were required like so many others. Needless to say we had words several times with just the one security guard because we refused to wear them. After 3 days of harassing us and other people, we all very well knew she knew we legitimately belonged there since she had words with not just us. We weren't even able to just sit out by the pool at night without being harassed by her. She came around several times and "reminded" us the pool closed at 10. This started at 9 and went on until we left at 9:50. Monday morning we got up to both bathroom floors being soaked. I called to report the problem. I received a call back very quickly. We left for several hours and when we returned we had no idea if someone had come in because the floors were still wet. I sent an email asking if they fixed the problem. I was directed to call a number if I wanted an answer. How about someone could have done their job and checked for me! I would never stay at Water Crest again and for sure not this unit!

Great location

Reviewer Comments: Watercrest is an excellent condo location but we did have some issues with our actual condo. First the AC wasn’t doing it job. The master bedroom was hot at night. The ceiling fan died the first night. There was a stand fan in the unit. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need but we was not supplied with dish towels, clothes or garbage bags. The last thing two days before we left we was invaded by ants. I did call and left a message and didn’t get a call back. Then I emailed and got a response. That afternoon the showed up with ant traps and new filters for the AC. The furniture in the unit needs replacing. The blue recliner has foam showing. Loved the hardwood floors and the best thing about this condo was the view and balcony. Over all I would give the unit a 6 but Watercrest I would give a 9.
