This is a newly gutted and fully remodeled condo. It is one of the nicest you will find at Edgewater. No expense has been spared to make this the best vacation you have ever had. Whether it be the huge flat screen TV's in every room with included DVD player and DVR on each, the pillow top mattresses and sleeper sofa with upgraded memory foam, granite on all surfaces in the kitchen and bathrooms...t is the details that set this place apart. No expense has been spared.

Edgewater Resort charges a $50 registration fee which includes one parking pass. You may resgister another vehicle for an additional $50 via the registration site. The link to register will be provided once the reservation is paid in full.

Must be 25+ years old to reserve this property.

Overall a good stay. However the hall bathroom had a crack in the tub and the master bathroom had a leaky shower head and stained ceiling tile. We were in contact with the host who contacted maintenance about the issues but they weren’t able to be corrected during our stay. Great amenities and location!

We loved the size and location of the condo. The management company was slow to respond when we asked when our room would be ready since it was after check in time and the room was not ready. The glass mirrors in bathrooms and living rooms weren’t clean. The furniture was not dusted so lots of sand on it. The cleaner said she the job at 1:30 that day due to another cleaner not cleaning it and it wasn’t enough time to clean a 3 bedroom 3 bath but she did try. I feel like we should have been refunded cleaning fee we paid since we had to finish cleaning the condo.

Couldn't have asked for a better location! Walk right out to the beach or the pool. Plenty of space and everything was clean. We will definitely stay here again!

Very spacious, well-appointed unit. Fantastic location and gorgeous ocean view. Our family of 5 enjoyed the huge resort-style pool, reserved umbrella and chair service on the beach, the on-site market and the custom airbrush t-shirt kiosk on property.

Great condo at Edgewater with all the amenities. Love the location on low floor so no need to wait for elevators. It was clean with comfy beds and great showers. Fun family vacation!

Great condo

We loved the outside furniture on the balcony, 4 LG Flatscreen tvs, beds were very comfortable, walk-in shower very nice, leather recliner was excellent, and on the first floor. We will stay here again.

The condo overall is in great condition, however, master suite does smell like cigarette smoke, and I found a cigarette bud under the bed. This did not affect my rating because overall we had a great time. Beds are comfy. Property management is very responsive and has great customer service.

Great condo

The condo was great. Beautifully decorated and renovated. It is conveniently located on the 1st floor, which was awesome with littles. The view was excellent overlooking the beach. The bedrooms were all large with connecting bathrooms. The amenities were plentiful!

Great stay!

Wonderful stay. Excellent and prompt communication with property manager. We were there for spring break and some young college types were a little loud in the hot tub til late at night but that wouldn’t be as big of an issue during non-spring break weeks. The unit was well-appointed and so convenient to the beach. Great to have gated property with 24/7 security.

Wonderful Property

We love this condo and the convenience of getting to the beach and pool without having to use the elevator. It was close to everything. There was also a good view of the ocean from the balcony. It was clean and ready to go when we got there and the booking process was easy to do. We definately recommend this property!
