Nice place

My husband and I love the edgewater. We brought our kids and they had a blast the room had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was so easy.

my stay

The condo was very nice but the elevator was down the last 2 days. I am 78 with handicap. Was very hard to enjoy those last 2 days.Randall Dozier

My kids and I vey much enjoyed our stay! The condo was excellent, the views were perfect and location of stores from the condo was perfect. We really enjoyed the main pool and the amenities that came along with our stay! We will definitely be booking another stay for the future!

Excellent Resort

Loved our stay. Leeward Bldg #406 was superb. Resort is extremely clean and we felt safe the entire time. Unit is perfect for a small family or two couples. Very comfortable LR furniture and large DR table. Nice kitchen and appliances. Master BR mattress is very soft and sags in the middle. Owner might want to keep a check on it. Otherwise no complaints and would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Amazing sunsets! Loved the straight, flat walk out to the beach.

Awesome place to stay!

Location is great! Close to great restaurants and stores for shopping. Plenty of room, beds were comfy, bathrooms worked fine. Loved the beachfront floor to ceiling windows and balcony. No issues, only a great stay! I highly recommend.

Love this place!

We loved this condo. I don’t usually do reviews but this is an excellent place to stay. It has the perfect view of the gulf. Lots of space and modern feel. I will rent again!

Great vacation great condi

This condo was the cleanest condo we have stayed in since coming to PCB for the last 9 years. Beautifully decorated with all the amenities needed to have a pleasant stay. Roomy and bright with ceiling to floor windows. Nice comfortable furniture. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of everything. Hooks on doors gave extra storage and even had a shoe rack. Very roomy and on 4 th floor.. No waiting for elevator and property in gated with security. Only negatives were the washer and dryer should be replaced. Washer makes quite a bit of noise and the dryer takes forever to dry. And only 3 chairs on balcony with one of them falling apart.. Also no bedrooms with beach view. Good communication with rental company. I would highly recommend this property.

Great condo!

We loved this condo and our stay was great! The beds were comfy, the location was awesome & having no parking deck & short elevator trips was definitely a plus. Over the resort was awesome as well, many pools to choose from and never felt crowded. Everything was clean & pretty well stocked. We were missing a sheet pan for the oven but we bought one and left it there for the next guest :) we would definitely stay here again!

Summer Vacation

My older teenage kids, wife and I had a great visit during our stay, everyone found something they liked. Interior, location and amenities were as advertised, beach and water were amazing even with rip current warnings throughout our stay. Sandbar was large enough to enjoy the surf safely. Took advantage of the on property 9 hole golf course, pickle ball courts and fitness center, albeit at additional cost. Oceans restaurant was convenient with good food, and the small convenience store was handy...had a good iced coffee. Did not use the pools, beach time only. Overall had a great stay.

We always stay at Edgewater, crowded this year. Only complaint was parking pass issues. We choose this due to proximity to our oldest son.

Beautiful, Comfortable, and Quiet

The view of the Gulf is fantastic! Right on the white sand beach with a pool for the two smaller buildings, and access to the beautiful large pools. The two-bed, two-bath condo was perfect for four adults. It was very clean, with plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. This is the second time we’ve stayed here, and we’ve never had any problems. The entrance instructions were very clear, even for us old folks. 😃. I will be booking our next stay very soon.

Could use a good cleaning

Overall it was a nice place. It could use a deep cleaning. The beds had sand in them, no batteries in remotes, dishwasher was full of dirty dishes that was smelling up the place. I tan it. There were hair clumps on shower walls . Good thing I brought my own cleaning supplies. The refrigerator wasn’t getting very cold and the smoke detectors kept beeping. I emailed guest services and never heard back. I would stay at the Edgewater Resort again it was nice snd the pools are great!

Unbeatable Views and Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were absolutely thrilled with the location and views of this unit. The furnishings are newer and updates have been made throughout the spacious unit. Check-in was easy and house rules were clearly communicated. We were disappointed to find out that there were additional costs associated with using the gym and other recreational activities as we chose this condo-community based on amenities as well as aesthetics. We felt the basics were skimpy for this rental: one roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms, one role of inexpensive paper towels, one garbage bag, no beach towels... The unit could also use a thorough cleaning. The floor especially was in need of some elbow grease. Our feet were black instantly.

Worst Cleaning, Worst Customer Service, Awesome view and room

When checking in we loved the room and and the layout. The view was absolutely amazing and was really excited about our trip. That night we got ready to go to bed and found the bed had a rather large Pee stain in the bed with hair all over the sheets. We was not able to get new sheets that night so two of our four in our party had to sleep on the couch and loveseat. The next morning we began to cook breakfast and found most of the dishes were dirty and had to clean them before use, we called the host to get new sheets and tell them about the situation and they promised us new sheets and the cleaning fee to be refunded for our inconvenience. They brought us new sheets but did not change them out so we had to play house keeper and change them ourselves plus dispose of the nasty pee stained sheets. Overall after that the trip was fine but we never received the refund that was promised. The property host has tried to hold our refund ransom in order to give a good review. Therefore this is almost a week after checkout and we have decided that we want to save others from staying with this specific host or room and probably will not receive our refund. It could have been an amazing place but the lack of cleanliness and very poor customer service made for a terrible and aggravating experience. I would not recommend this host or room at all.

Not bad but not the best

First I want to say that the communication with this host was wonderful. We received quick responses. However, there were a few issues during our stay I want to note. The location of this condo was fabulous. Close to everything and literally steps from the beach. I will start with the bathroom sinks that you had to lift the drain cover to drain. We tried lifting and twisting them, but could never get them to drain. This was kind of gross when you had to put your hand in water you just brushed your teeth in. The bed in the master bath feels like it may need a new box spring also. It was comfortable and clean, but when we laid in it we rolled towards the middle. There is a very strong smell when you open the dishwasher also. Like a strong sewage/mildew smell. Last thing is the AC malfunctioned. We texted the host about this and we were instructed to reset the breaker, which worked temporarily, but we had to reset it twice a day which was a little annoying. Thankfully we came during spring break and it wasn’t that hot. This condo during spring break was nice because it was away from the spring break hot spots and we had zero issues with noise from party goers. The view was nice it favorite part, it was absolutely gorgeous. Overall the unit was ok because we barely stayed in it, and spent most of our time at the beach. I could see the AC being an issue in the summer if not fixed. Thank you!
