The condo is very roomy. It’s at a great location. I loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. The parking garage having a walkway to the condo made it so much easier to unload and reload our luggage, etc. Overall we had a great stay and great weather.

We so enjoyed our beach vacation/girl's trip. Our host, Michael was so helpful both before we checked in and while we were there. A chair broke on the balcony & it was addressed within a couple of hours. Perfect.

We had a great family vacation! It was the perfect spot with the beach and ocean right there in our view. We absolutely loved being able to see the ocean right off our huge balcony. The place was clean and parking was a breeze! Highly recommend this place. We will be back in the future!

Really nice place and the host is so responsive! The only problem was paying for the parking passes and let me tell you, they issue you a “ticket” in such a short period of time, even though they make it a lot of trouble to get it. Then you have to call to get that straightened out.

I tried to put the instructions in our welcome letter, but sometimes guests need a little extra help. There are on-site personnel in the office above the lobby entrance. And no one ever gets a fine for being late.

Perfect place on the beach

The place was great. It was big enough for eight of us without feeling crammed. The amenities around are nice, everything's closed and it's not in a busy area.

Great location

The condo was very nice and fit our needs. It was welcoming and comfortable. It is located right at the beach. The balcony wraps around the condo with direct view of the beach and road.

Perfect getaway!

This condo is perfect for a week at the beach! We loved that it was so close to the water, clean and spacious. The pools with covered portions are great for taking a break from the sun AND it’s walking distance from Thomas’ Donuts!

Great location and easy beach access

There was a couple issues with the tv's and elevators, but overall it was worth the 7 night stay. The location was great. Easy access to shops and beach.

Sometimes the TV requires a teenager's touch, but everyone eventually figures out how to watch. As to the elevators, our HOA has already contracted to spend over a million dollars to replace all three elevators. I am not sure of the schedule but they are on top of this issue and the money has already been assessed.

Favorite Vacation Rental

This is our families favorite vacation rental property. We have stayed in this condo several times, and we absolutely love it! The owner is very easy to work with, and has always gave us a great deal. We hope to stay here again soon.

Beautiful condo with beautiful views

We had an amazing stay! The condo was more than spacious enough for 7 people and was fully equipped with everything needed plus some! We can’t wait to venture back to PCB and stay here again!

Amanda and her family were some of our most cordial guests. When the clothes dryer "died" she never went into a panic, and we both found a simple logistical and financial solutions without missing a beat in their vacation. Just to entice her back, we will be installing a new dryer, new kitchen cabinets and a visitor's "Warning guide to Mexico" our fun little joke. We can't wait till this nice family returns at some date in the future.

Awesome property with an AMAZING view! We loved that it was in the quiet part of town and close to Thomas Donut and Snack Shop. We love the ice cream at Thomas’s!

Becki, You are too sweet. Next year you are going to see 2 little changes in our place. New hardwood flooring in the master bedroom to match the living area and new cabinets in the kitchen to add a bit of storage and "spice" to that area. We do a little, add a little when we can, to give returning guests a surprise. Thanks, Mike
