Let our home be yours as you step into our warm and inviting retreat! The house is nestled above the west side of Deschutes River in the perfect location close in to the excitement of Bend and the call of Mt. Bachelor. The Century West home is walking distance to the Deschutes River Trail (5 minute walk), Old Mill District (5 minute bike or car ride) and many tasty restaurants and activities! Our home is fully stocked, so you can focus on exploring the local trails, river, and shopping scene. Bicycle out our back door to close by Phil's Trails MTB and great road biking adventures along Century Drive and Cascade Lakes Highway. Golfing is less than 5 minutes away.

This freestanding home includes air conditioning, modern WiFi, 4K smart TV, 4K Bluray player, a BBQ, gas fireplace, three bed rooms and three bathrooms. You also have pass access to the hot tub and pool of the community center lodge! The two-floor house comfortably sleeps 8 guests, with 2 king size beds and 2 queen size beds.

Great location

Overall nice place close to the river and trail. Easy access to skiing, restaurants etc. I would suggest new bumpers on the cabinets and stove grate otherwise well stocked and maintained.

Family Time in Bend

Very well appointed, clean home. Lovely, peaceful setting amongst the ponderosa pines yet so accessible to downtown and surrounding areas. The pool, hot tub and trails were all a big hit with our group. Thank-you to Ken and Annie.

Beautiful home in beautiful neighborhood

Such a great property in a great neighborhood! The pool and spa is so close as well. Very clean and the beds are comfortable! Will definitely be coming back

Perfect location

Here for a family reunion, the house was close to the mountain & the river for fun activities. Kids loved having the community pool so close by. House had all the amenities we needed and plenty of space for 8. Loved having dinner on the deck. Lastly, the owners were easy to reach. Thanks Ken & Annie for a great stay in Bend!

Beautiful home!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! It is well stocked with basics, so you don't need to worry about trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, liquid soaps in bathrooms, spices, etc. Check the house before you go to the grocery store, you will be pleased! It is also very clean and in a great location. Indoor and outdoor living spaces are all wonderful. The communication with the owners was easy and clear. It was just a great experience all around. We will book again when we return to Bend to continue to explore all the surrounding beauty!

Excellent Stay!

Stayed here with my husband and our 2 teen boys. Location was great! Right on the trail by the river and close to everything but also far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town. Neighborhood is nice and exceptionally quiet. The condo itself was immaculate, comfortable, and well equipped. Beds and couches were very cozy. We appreciated the ‘extras’- magnifying mirrors in the bathroom, snuggly blankets in the living room, ‘real’ coffee maker, swimming towels, quality cutlery, etc. Washing machine pods and DW pods were also provided. We had everything we wanted and felt right at home. Highly recommend!

Website sounds like pool and hot tub are on property. This is misleading. Should install handrail at steps going garage and one rail at front. Just a simple railing Would be good for seniors like us. I am 86. Great house. We enjoyed it. Perfect location - close to OSU CASCADE. I’M

Snowboard weekend

I took my son and 2 of his friends to bend for the weekend so we could snowboard at Mount Bachelor. Our location was great and the house was perfect for us. Very clean and organized and we loved the neighborhood hot tub.

Great Location!

The home is in a cool neighborhood, a 5 minute drive to all the best places in downtown Bend and you can even walk to the river! We’ll stay here again!

Awesome vacational rental

We had a fabulous time in Bend while staying at RiverWild! The host was very responsive, informative and nice. RiverWild is a nice complex and conveniently located to experience all that Bend has to offer. We would definetly stay at RiverWild in the future. Thanks Ken!

Ski Trip

The house was amazing, perfectly clean and organized. Beds were super comfortable, short walk to the community hot tub. Host was super responsive and helpful. Overall one of the best experiences I've ever had in a vacation rental! Thanks!!

Beautiful house, well stocked

Owners are very communicative and seem invested in making your stay very pleasant and easy from their end. That’s reflected in this well-kept, spacious, and beautiful house. As can be readily seen from the pictures, the house only has three bedrooms, which was plenty for us for this trip, but larger families should know that the couches are extremely comfortable if you have a teen or two who doesn’t mind that option. The kitchen is large and extremely well stocked. This seems like a minor point, but if you’ve rented enough vacation homes, you know that that is seldom the case. We wanted for nothing as far as pots, pans, dishes, spices, etc. They even had a number of staples that I haven’t seen at other rentals. The house is nicely located near the Mt Bachelor Village resort. Very short walk to the path down to the river, very easy drive up to Bachelor. We plan on coming back!

Thanksgiving Stay

We loved staying at your home. It’s a beautiful area and property! It was perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway for my husband and I and our two adult sons, 18 and 20. We could spread out and come together in the homy kitchen and family room. Ken was very accommodating and everything went smoothly. Would definitely stay thee again!!

Terrific Property in a great location

Myself and a couple of mates were in town for some bike riding. Communication with Ken was outstanding. Property was as listed. Plenty of space for the three of us. We ate out most nights but cooked on our last evening there. Kitchen is equipped better than most. Excellent. We do these trips several times per year to various locations (PDX/Santa Barbara/Los Olivos)...best equipped kitchen we have encountered.

Well-equipped home in a great location

Our family of four enjoyed our stay at this home in Bend. The house is spacious and provided everything we needed, from laundry to wash our dusty clothes to containers to store leftovers. We appreciated having access to the pool which is quite close to the house to cool off at the end of hot days. There is a lot to do in the summer in Bend and this location makes it convenient to go any direction, whether out to Mt. Bachelor, into town, or south to Newberry Volcanic Monument. Highly recommended.
