Bend Getaway in RiverWild-Walk to Deschutes River and Old Mill District

Let our home be yours as you step into our warm and inviting retreat! The house is nestled above the west side of Deschutes River in the perfect location close in to the excitement of Bend and the call of Mt. Bachelor. The Century West home is walking distance to the Deschutes River Trail (5 minute walk), Old Mill District (5 minute bike or car ride) and many tasty restaurants and activities! Our home is fully stocked, so you can focus on exploring the local trails, river, and shopping scene. Bicycle out our back door to close by Phil's Trails MTB and great road biking adventures along Century Drive and Cascade Lakes Highway. Golfing is less than 5 minutes away.

This freestanding home includes air conditioning, modern WiFi, 4K smart TV, 4K Bluray player, a BBQ, gas fireplace, three bed rooms and three bathrooms. You also have pass access to the hot tub and pool of the community center lodge! The two-floor house comfortably sleeps 8 guests, with 2 king size beds and 2 queen size beds.

Great place for family and fun

Our family had a great stay at this home. It had every amenity and was perfect for launching out in Bend area for all activities. Highly recommend.

Family Time in Bend

Very well appointed, clean home. Lovely, peaceful setting amongst the ponderosa pines yet so accessible to downtown and surrounding areas. The pool, hot tub and trails were all a big hit with our group. Thank-you to Ken and Annie.

Perfect location

Here for a family reunion, the house was close to the mountain & the river for fun activities. Kids loved having the community pool so close by. House had all the amenities we needed and plenty of space for 8. Loved having dinner on the deck. Lastly, the owners were easy to reach. Thanks Ken & Annie for a great stay in Bend!

Snowboard weekend

I took my son and 2 of his friends to bend for the weekend so we could snowboard at Mount Bachelor. Our location was great and the house was perfect for us. Very clean and organized and we loved the neighborhood hot tub.

Perfect place for three couples celebrating our mom's 90th birthday

Convenient location and within walking distance of birthday event. House was comfortable and everyone enjoyed the spaciousness. Owner was quick to respond with check in instructions.

Awesome vacational rental

We had a fabulous time in Bend while staying at RiverWild! The host was very responsive, informative and nice. RiverWild is a nice complex and conveniently located to experience all that Bend has to offer. We would definetly stay at RiverWild in the future. Thanks Ken!

Ski Trip

The house was amazing, perfectly clean and organized. Beds were super comfortable, short walk to the community hot tub. Host was super responsive and helpful. Overall one of the best experiences I've ever had in a vacation rental! Thanks!!

Beautiful home!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! It is well stocked with basics, so you don't need to worry about trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, liquid soaps in bathrooms, spices, etc. Check the house before you go to the grocery store, you will be pleased! It is also very clean and in a great location. Indoor and outdoor living spaces are all wonderful. The communication with the owners was easy and clear. It was just a great experience all around. We will book again when we return to Bend to continue to explore all the surrounding beauty!

Excellent Stay!

Stayed here with my husband and our 2 teen boys. Location was great! Right on the trail by the river and close to everything but also far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town. Neighborhood is nice and exceptionally quiet. The condo itself was immaculate, comfortable, and well equipped. Beds and couches were very cozy. We appreciated the ‘extras’- magnifying mirrors in the bathroom, snuggly blankets in the living room, ‘real’ coffee maker, swimming towels, quality cutlery, etc. Washing machine pods and DW pods were also provided. We had everything we wanted and felt right at home. Highly recommend!

Very clean, beautiful home

This is a beautiful, very clean house! It was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. We really enjoyed the nice patio set for sitting out on the porch and huge round table to eat out on the porch. It is super close to walking trails that will take you along the river and the community pool. And is just a short drive to downtown Bend! The property owners were very pleasant to communicate with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it!

Beautiful home, property and great location.

Owners very accomodating and helpful. Home has 2 king beds, a huge plus since we are 2 couples with tall husbands. Great room-living room perfect for watching movies and visiting with adult kids who joined us for part of the time. Very much appreciate the owners allowing our last minute additions including a sweet, big golden. Excellent location with easy access to a lovely trail by the river, getting to Bend and a myriad of delightful restaurants and brew pups, and exploring surrounding area.

Website sounds like pool and hot tub are on property. This is misleading. Should install handrail at steps going garage and one rail at front. Just a simple railing Would be good for seniors like us. I am 86. Great house. We enjoyed it. Perfect location - close to OSU CASCADE. I’M

Nice house in great small community close to the action

The house is in a nice smaller community that is within a short distance to town. The house was well appointed in the kitchen (which my wife greatly appreciates!) and in great condition. With COVID changing everything these days it was great there was a nice community pool that wasn't overrun by people for our 4 kids to use. We had a lot of fun floating down the river just a few minutes from the house and going on a couple hikes within a 30 minute drive. We had initially wanted to stay in Sun River, but we're actually glad we ended up staying here. I would highly recommend!
