Great spot! The place was well maintained, nicely decorated, and in an easy location to walk into town. Would definitely stay here again.

Very charming rental property in a great, walkable location in Bend. Attention to detail was spot on and felt very homey. Will definitely stay here again!

What a great place to stay. We were able to walk to the downtown area and walked all the breweries. House was so thought out. Beautifully done and clean. Loved the heated bathroom floors!! Enjoyed our coffee each morning in the backyard and majority of us jumped into the hot tub each night after hitting the town. Wonderful stay and communication was great!! Thanks for the stay.

Definitely a great, walkable place to stay. Great restaurants and fun just an easy stroll away. Or bike ride. Great layout. Comfortable and modern. Hot tub was great. Back yard was a perfect hang out. If I had one minor thing, maybe somewhere to put some clothes somehow in the upstairs loft area - would be tough. Great amenities. Just 100% across the board. Highly recommend.

The most thoughtfully appointed rental property I’ve ever stayed in! They’ve thought of literally everything. Decor is beautiful, spaces are comfortable, location is very walkable, and the house is just really cool. It’s quite close to a major road and train tracks, so if you require absolute silence to sleep, bring some earplugs, but otherwise this is my favorite rental spot ever. The back yard is magical, the bathrooms have heated tile floors (heaven!), there were cute beach cruises to use…just lovely!

Walking in the house is stunning, and don’t be put off by the proximity to the expressway because the house is very well insulated and quiet inside. The heated floors in the bathroom changed my life and every bathroom floor will not be a let down if my feet are cold. The host was great and add’s such unique and cool touches to the house.

We booked The Hastings House for a last minute trip and it did not disappoint! Every detail of the house was so unique and fun. My two girls quickly became obsessed with the Aztec bathrobes. There was plenty of space for our family of 4 1 dog. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed for cooking and the giant island provided plenty of space for multiple games of Farkle. The outdoor area was private and the hot tub provided the ultimate amount of relaxation. We absolutely enjoyed our time at The Hastings House and look forward to visiting again the next time we're in Bend.

Only complaint was the grass in the back yard. The lawn was about a foot tall, couldn’t sit out at the table in the grass. Called the host and asked for it to get mowed, but it didn’t get mowed till the day we left. Everything else was great! We would still stay again for sure based on the house and the location.

Hi Justin - thank you for your review!! For potential future guests, Justin let me know he would like the grass cut a day after checkin, and I acted as quick as possible to get my monthly lawn service out to the house earlier than planned. They were able to come out and cut the grass a day and a half after Justin made the ask :) I look forward to hosting ya'll again based on the house itself and the location!

This was by far my favorite VRBo our family has ever stayed in. It was so clean! The style of the house was adorable and the country theme and thoughtfulness put into the aesthetic of the house was above and beyond! The house is very close to the freeway, but honestly you wouldn’t know it from inside. There were sound machines next to the bed, eye masks for a nice dark sleep, robes to sip your morning coffee in, and lavender satchels to relax your body after a long day. Not to mention high end quality bath products- everything was thought of to make your stay truly luxurious and comfortable. Just book the place you won’t be disappointed.

Exceeded expectations!! This house is perfect in every category! Anything you would need in the kitchen for cooking, charging pads for phones by each bed (a favorite!) The outside is very nice to enjoy coffee or relax in hot tub. The bikes were definitely a wonderful bonus as there are plenty of trails by the river to bike. We also biked to Jackson’s Corner nearby for dinner and breakfast! It was delicious. The Market of Choice was a few blocks walk to pick up a few things for picnic lunches etc. Jennifer did a wonderful job with her attention to every detail in decor and making you feel welcome. Thank you so much for sharing your gem of a home. We loved our time in Bend and all of the outdoor activities it provides. We hope to return!

This home is so adorable and the aesthetic is only matched by the quality and comfort of everything in it. Walking distance to old downtown Bend and an easy drive anywhere.It’s on a quiet cul-de-sac in the historic district with plenty of parking and there is not really any road noise to speak of. The home stays cool on warm days, the beds are comfortable, and the overall vibe is so welcoming and cozyI will absolutely be back here again!
