Beautiful, three bedroom, two and a half bath home with a theatre room, that plays movies from DVD or internet based applications. There is a state of the art workout room, with cable television to enjoy while working out. There is a King bed in master, as well as an invigorating custom spa shower head. Central heat and air throughout the home. There is cable television in all bedrooms. The home is Wi-Fi enabled. The backyard is a private oasis that includes a brick pizza oven, barbecue station, with gas and charcoal grills, hot tub, sauna, and seating area with outdoor fire pit. Great for entertaining. Full kitchen with all appliances and gas
stove for making your favorite meals. Front loading washer and dryer to make your stay more comfort. Front sitting room with a gas fireplace for game night with the family. This property is conveniently located off Reed Market Rd, across from the Farewell Bend Park. Just a short walk to Old Mill, and the Deschutes walking trail. Our home is pet friendly.

Great location and loved the hot tub!

We had a great time in Bend and this house was great for our time there. The location is very close to downtown and the neighborhood is quiet.

Great Place for medium sized group

Everything we needed for a fun getaway weekend was there. The kitchen was well equipped, the hot tub was clean and the house is generally set up to be a great spot for a gathering of friends.

Great stay - nice house with a lot of amenities!

Nice stay, river floating nearby, close to Old Mill. Angela was great when there was a little mishap with the cleaning crew when we arrived that she took care of immediately. Definitely recommend this home to others!

Overall was nice

House was great, beds super comfortable, heated toilet seats were a nice surprise, amenities (sauna, hot tub and pizza oven) were great and the theater room makes me want one at my house. Parts we didn't care for are the house is just off a super busy street, the hot tub maintenance came on Friday and drained/refilled all the water so it wasn't hot enough to use until that night, and when I messaged the host a question I never received a reply. These wouldn't cause me to never stay here again but it definitely frustrated me and wouldn't be my first choice.

Great house in a great location!

Well appointed house in a great location. Hot tub, gorgeous back deck, movie room; this house had it all. Close to the river front and easy to get downtown or to the mountain to ski. We’ll definitely come back!

Wonderful location and amenities

We had a wonderful stay, we were able to walk to the old mill district for coffee in the mornings and it was a quick drive to everywhere we needed to go! We really enjoyed the theater room, and outdoor deck! Angela was extremely responsive and has a wonderful home! Can't wait until we get to come back!

An oasis in Bend!

This was a house full of extras: pizza oven, hot tub, exercise room, movie theater-esque appeal. Great location with plenty of room, inside and out, to enjoy a great tike in central Oregon!

Excellent location and perfect for our needs!

This spot was ina great location central to everything. Beds were extremely comfortable and house was overall perfect for our needs! Hot tub and back patio were awesome wish we would have had time for the pizza oven!

Family Get Away

Perfect house for our family get away! Made pizzas in the outdoor pizza oven, enjoyed warm soaks in the jacuzzi after spending days skiing and snowshoeing. Great location, close to everything.

Extended weekend away

Place was great and as listed. Was pleasantly surprised with size of place and rooms as photos made it appear smaller. Theater room was great, enjoyed the sauna. Wished we would have made time to use pizza oven. Would definitely recommend and return.

A much needed vacation

A very beautiful home, awesome theater, nice kitchen, and hot tub. It was very easy to find, right off the freeway and just down the street from the mall and some good restaurants. Everything we needed for a wonderful snowboarding trip to Mt. Batchelor.

Perfect Location

This home is close to the Old Mill and right where we wanted to be. Very comfortable for our family of 4. It was cold this trip so we couldn’t enjoy the outside so much. Would love to return in the summer.

Clean and Comfortable Home!

The owner was great at communication and the house was very clean and well stocked. The only downside is that the street is quite loud but overall we would definitely stay here again!

The most relax and fun weekend gateway

Angela is good on communication with us and made our check in super smooth and convince. The house is exact like described with so full stocked kitchen for the guests while stay. We had so much fun while spent most of the night in the theater room and hot tub. Haven't get a chance can use piazza oven and outdoor fireplace due to lack of propane but those are easy to solved. I would recommend this property for whomever just want to be nearby downtown Bend.

Family vacation

This was my first time using Vrbo and I will definitely do it again. The whole process was simple and easy. The house had everything that was offered. It was definitely a fall week while we were there. We did not use the outdoor area very much but we used the TV area and table to enjoy alot of family visiting. I would suggest this house to anyone. Thanks for a great experience!

Our property has every amenity imaginable! From the hot tub, sauna and ice bath, to the large out door sitting area with a fire place as well as a bar and two grills. It has a large theater room to enjoy all things from movies to video games. There is a sitting room with a gas fireplace to enjoy a quiet game night. Each bathroom has a Bidet for your toiling pleasure as well as spa shower heads.
