This home is spacious and comfortable and fully stocked with amenities Decorated with your comfort in mind, this 1,600 square foot property home has a relaxed feel, inside and outside.

CABANA CLUB pool club membership included with this rental home.
It is very well maintained and we ask the same of renters.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms - with 4 beds. The home can accommodate 7 guests.

Property in good location. There were tons of expired items in the fridge that had gone bad. Would recommend the guest book detailed location and benefit of the cabana club.

fishing trip

We have stayed here several times and always enjoy our time there. Never had an issue that we had to deal with. Everything we need in the kitchen is available in the home. We like to cook in house and don't eat out much. We can either go to Atlantic or Gulf side to go fishing. Bait and tackle stores nearby. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Always look forward to staying here. 5 fishermen

Tenth Street

It was a good thing the next door neighbor knew the owners phone number. Once we obtained the owners phone number we called and talked to the owner and found out that the email supplied us with the wrong lockbox code. Otherwise we would’ve been homeless.

Duplex vacation

Was a nice roomy duplex, didn't here the people next door, canal was really nice and wide, only problem was I didn't find out to the last minute I couldn't leave my trailer at the property but Gregg took care of the problem, make sure about the trailer if you have one. Would rent it again.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Our group of two couples enjoyed our stay. Great location in the Middle Keys, clean, cozy, well stocked kitchen, ice maker and filtered water from the fridge. Best of all was the palapa or cabana out back along with the dock and night light in the water! Caught a few fish off the dock and watched crabs, shrimp, snapper and other sea life swim around the light at night for hours. We even took a dip in the canal a few times during the day. Easy access to the ocean and bayside from here, and the public boat ramp around MM 54 was very close and convenient. Make sure you familiarize yourself with the ramp and channel and be ready to go before you pull up, especially if there is a line. We would certainly stay here again.

Perfect Location

We love staying in Marathon since it’s in the middle of the Keys: We did a couple day trips to Key West. The house was clean, well stocked and perfectly suited for our family of 5. We brought our 15’ boat and had lots of fun fishing in spots close to the house. There is a ramp that was easy for us to take it out and fish at other spots. We saw a few sharks in the canal which the kids enjoyed. We will definitely be back and can hopefully stay here again. You won’t be disappointed!

We had an awesome time, the house was very clean location was perfect.

Overall a great experience, property manager answered all questions, booking was fairly simple, arriving at The property was very simple as we have stayed there before in that same general location. Property was clean location was perfect and we will definitely be back.

My family and I had a blast here. The house was clean and plenty of room for my family my brothers family and my parents. Short walk or bike ride to the beach or cabana pool. Near the end of the canal if your bringing your boat which is nice. House stays plenty cool. I had herd story’s of people renting places in the keys and the air conditioners were not able to keep the home cool so I was concerned about it but that was not the case at all with this place. Caught tarpon, sharks barracuda and snapper off the dock. We had a lot of fun and will be back. The only complaint I might have is that the bed in our room was a little stiff for my liking but that’s if it being picky.
