Beautifully Renovated three bedroom two bath half duplex on 7th street in Key Colony Beach. Master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and separate water closet along with a king size sleep number bed. The first guest bedroom has two twin beds and second guest bedroom has a queen bed.. TV's in all bedrooms and living room. Great location on 200 wide deep water canal. Front of the home is across from the Key Colony golf course. Can accommodate a large (50 foot plus) boat with no problem. Private dock has 100 amp service for larger boats a cleaning station and bait freezer.. Vaca Cut provides easy access to the Gulf Of Mexico or Atlantic Ocean. Relax under the covered porch overlooking the causeway and extra wide canal. Updated unit is at ground level. Two Bicycles and two Kayaks on site for you to use if you desire. Cabana Club membership provides access to 65'X35' zero edge heated pool, private beach, and restaurant &snack bar. Walking distance to Key Colony Inn, Cabana Club, Havana Jack's, Sun Set Park and more.

Awesome!

The house is just as advertised, clean, up to date, and roomy. Key Colony Beach is the perfect spot for boating/fishing etc. Right off of Vaca Cut. Communication with the owner was awesome. Quick responses and lots of advice. We stay in KCB every year, and this was one of our favorites/ Additionally, we vacationed with another family who had the other duplex. So convenient. Thanks George, we are already looking at dates next year!

Perfect family vacation

Our family had such a great stay at this Key Colony Beach rental. Having access to the cabana club and the close proximity to the center of the island was so convenient. We have a three year old and she loved being walking distance to the park on that street. We were also very impressed with the cleanliness of the property. Roger was very helpful and responsive anytime we reached out. Would definitely recommend this to any family looking to stay in the keys!

Girls getaway

Property is just as advertised in photo but even better in person! Cabana club access is a huge bonus and provides everything you need - hot tub, pool and beach front. Location is close to major attractions and fantastic restaurants. Highly recommend this property and plan to return next year!!

Relaxing canal house

House is very updated with extra touches, location is perfect, golf, bocce, shuffle board across the street , fishing or boating in the backyard, beach club within walking distance, we brought our own bikes but a bonus to others are that the property has 2 bikes and 2 kayaks. Easy to bike out of the Key from this location to get onto the Overseas bike trail.

Awesome little vacation place within walking distance to everything

Clean, modern remodel. Owner didn’t miss a thing with the remodel. Location is a big plus, within walking distance to everything. Had a great week. Would definitely consider another stay at this location.

7th Street KCB

Unit was as advertised, clean, remodeled and well stocked. Only issue was the live Utube TV was very spotty and not at all user friendly. Also, the unit patio was not at all private. Otherwise, it's one of the nicest units we've used on KCB.

We loved our stay at this great property. The owner proactively contacted us after our flight landed to let us know we could check in a bit early, and he was accessible throughout the stay. Property is in great shape, beds are comfy and location is perfect. Thanks for everything Roger!

Excellent host, updated house & amazing location!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was updated, clean and had almost everything we needed. This rental didn't have box fans but it does now. We bought 2 fans and left them in 2 rooms in the closets. My boys loved fishing off the dock in the backyard. Live shrimp on a 1/0 circle hook with no weights catches the fish under the dock. We were catch and release so others could also enjoy the fishing. We were a two minute drive to the main road where all the shopping and restaurants were located. The host was amazing! He was always available for any questuons and was extremely helpful in recommending places to go. I would highly recommend staying at this VRBO!

Amazing vacation

This is our second time staying on Key Colony. Both stays we had an amazing time snorkeling and swimming. Best key to stay for fishing. This house is right on a canal and ideal for boaters. We saw a manatee, jellyfish right off the dock. This duplex accommodated our family easily and we had everything needed to cook meals in.

Perfect Property Great Location

Roger did a great job remodeling this gem of a property and was a great host. Would not change a thing. His permanent neighbors were awesome. We hung out with them every night. This is our third trip down to KCB and by far the best.

Paradise

First off, Roger the host was magnificent. He tended to our needs and concerns promptly. The house was modern and spacious with all amenities you could need. Having a canal in yard was awesome! Could watch the fish and sea life all day. Peaceful. The house is in its own community offering restaurants, Marina, pool club, bike rentals. Sunsets were amazing, and we hope to return in the future.

Awesome House

We had a wonderful stay at this house for Spring Break with our 3 daughters. Roger, the host was very easy to deal with and responded promptly to emails. The house was just as advertised newly updated, very clean and comfortable beds. There were plenty of supplies, towels, and beach towels. My husband caught plenty of fish from the pier, including hooking a Tarpon on the first night. We saw plenty of wild life at the property such as iguanas, eagle rays, and dolphins. The girls enjoyed the Cabana Club and swam in the ocean and laid out on the beach. Key Colony Beach is a nice neighborhood with lots of things to do. Sunset Park has live music on the weekends where you can bring chairs and coolers to hang out and watch the sunset. There was also a parade on St. Patrick's Day. I would highly recommend staying at this property, we have been staying in the Keys for many years and will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect

This is a gorgeous duplex right on a channel. Being able to use the Cabana Club is a huge plus. The inside of the house is excellent. Perfect location. Everything is just right. Would definitely go back again.

Best Stay Ever in Marathon Area

Property is Ccirate to pictures and description. Well appointed with kitchen accessories to cook at home if you like. Appliances and baths are like new. Location is perfect! Close to restaurants, shopping and beaches. Cabana club pool and beach are very nice and walking distance. Par 3 golf course across the street is fun and can be played in an hour. Dock for boat and access to outside or gulf is excellent. Sunset park for sunsets is awesome and walking distance. Key Colony Inn great food and short walk. Havana Jacks nice beach front for dinner and drinks. Everyone enjoyed our stay. Very safe and upscale community. Definitely will stay there again.
