OCEANFRONT, Beautiful 5-Bed Home w/ Salt Water Pool, Elevator & Linens

Please Note: Our cleaning fee includes linens for all stays (3 night minimum). Linens include kitchen and bath towels, sheets, pillows and blankets. We do not provide beach towels.

This home is a duplex. The pool is shared with the renters in the other side of the duplex. The pool is typically heated April-October, however it is subject to overnight temperatures.

This property is managed by Ambika Mittal, who will communicate with you before, during, and after your stay.

We purchased 'A Seaside Memory' in April of 2018 and we love this beautiful home, especially the location and views. We plan to use it throughout the year, so it is upscale with all the comforts of home. We strive for all of our guests to have an amazing experience and we know your stay with us will be 5-star, we guarantee it.

The home is beautifully decorated with bright colors and accents throughout. The front and rear balconies provide water views from 4 of the 5 bedrooms, 2 with ocean views and 2 with waterway views. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking in and the table and 2 bars provide seating for up to 13 people with additional table seating for 4 on the oceanfront porch. Smart TVs are in every bedroom. This property is perfect for families getting together for a reunion, holding easily up to 13 people. Bedroom 1 is on the 3rd floor and boasts a king bed, vaulted ceiling, large bathroom with jetted tub and a tile shower, and a large private oceanfront balcony with seating. Bedroom 2 is located on the 3rd floor and has a king bed, large bathroom and beautiful waterway views. Bedroom 3 is located oceanfront on the 1st floor with a queen bed, full bath and seating on the front porch. Bedroom 4 is on the 1st floor waterway side and has a queen over queen bunk bed and shares a full bath with Bedroom 5, which has a twin over twin bunk bed and twin trundle bed.

The pool and back yard are shared with Unit 1 as we are a duplex. Guests can enjoy private beach access over the dunes, with a nearby lifeguard stand and walking distance to the pier. The beautiful salt water pool and large back yard are fenced in, which is great for grilling. We have two grills on the property.
