This is a stunning lakefront home with amazing lake views - including sunsets! Fully renovated and with fresh decor, this home is a perfect destination for families, friends and couples getaways.

After arriving and parking under the pillar trees, you'll enter the home through the beautiful vaulted lakefront deck (more about that later.) Once inside the Summerset House, you'll appreciate all the relaxed decor and love the home's open floor of spacious living room (2 sofas - one's a queen sleeper - and side chairs) with huge shuttered windows and great lake views. The Living room is equipped with a wall mounted flat screen cable TV and yes, you will stay connected with the strong WIFI signal. Adjacent to the living room is a very comfortable dining area for 6 and cute hall tree just off the entry.

Just off the Dining Area and Living Room is the beautiful U-shaped kitchen with plenty of cabinets, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with ice and water through the door, dishwasher, and a very functional breakfast bar for 4. Modern appliances include 4 slice toaster, great coffee maker and microwave oven. Perfect for any number of lake chefs. There are pots and pans, utensils, glassware, and dishes - all ready for your usage.

Down the hall are the three upstairs bedrooms. The King bed in the Master is super comfortable and provides guest with a flat screen TV, closet space and a great dresser for quick unpacking. The Master Bath is a dream too with it modern fixtures including a walk in shower and stunning bath tub and detailed tile work through out. The second bedroom is equally as spacious as the master with a Wooden Headboard Queen bed, dresser, closet and efficient desk space that offer great lake views while working or gaming. The kids will love the third bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (with reading lights - twin over twin and twin over a queen futon). And just off the hallway is a modern and sleek bathroom with a walk in shower and closet storage that contains the stackable washer and dryer. Bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths are provided. You'll need to bring your own beach towels for swimming.

Your outdoor spaces include a spacious vaulted lakefront deck with patio seating for 8. No doubt this is where most of your lake time will be spent. And do find time to take in the views of passing boats and sunsets. Oh, and just off the kitchen is a side patio perfect for grilling with a bistro set and gas grill. Just across the gravel drive is the lakefront grassy yard and wooden platform steps to the water's edge. Along the way are shade trees, flowerbeds and a fire pit perfect for evening excursions and roastings. Past the fence and down your private metal steps include access to a martini deck ( ideal for sunbathing and includes a bench. The dock is available as well and includes an open boat slip for any watercraft (rents for $10 per day). WIFI does broadcast to the martini deck and dock for guests who want to stay connected. The dock is located in a nice cove with deep water in Millcreek Cove and the suggested boat launch is at Millstone Harbour Marina. There is onsite parking for two vehicles and trailers must be stored at the Marina.

This amazing property is across the channel from Cabana Jones. And you are close by road or boat rides to popular eating spots like Jolly Rogers, Franky & Louie's and Coconuts. You'll be just 45 minutes away from all the action on the busy side of the Lake – Bagnell Dam, Lake Ozarks, and Osage Beach – via the community bridge. Once you are here plan to take in any number of the Lake`s attractions including state parks, theme parks, cave explorations, golfing, go-karts, theaters, bowling, music shows, museums, and of course lots of shopping. We can help with any of the details of your vacation planning and would be glad to mail out vacation guides, restaurant guides, state park guides, etc. Our hospitality is yours for the asking!

Properties are furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, grills, and basic appliances. We are also pleased to provide bed linens, bath towels, and a starter packet of detergents, bath soaps, trash bags and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels). Guests should bring replacements for these starter packet items, your own beach towels, soaps, personal toiletries, coolers, cleaning supplies, camera, life jackets, etc.

Additional fees include a mandatory departure cleaning $140, processing fee $35, taxes, and an insurance policy for $49 to cover the cost of any accidental damages / or a refundable security deposit of $1500. There is a boat slip that rents for $10 per day if you bring your own boat. There is also the option of arriving 2 hours early for $75 or leaving 2 hour later for $75 and arrangement to do must be made in advance.
