Nestled in a very desirable Portland residential neighborhood 2 miles to Beaverton MAX station. 1 mile walking distance to local coffee shops, grocery and restaurants. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Comfortable queen-sized bed plus a queen-sized pull-out memory-foam sofa bed. Private and secure off-the-street parking for up to 2 cars. Full cable TV, WIFI, and internet access. Easy access to downtown Portland, the Pearl district and other scenic areas. Close proximity to Nike, Intel, and St Vincent Hospital.

Our stay was comfortable and the apartment was neat and tidy. The owners thought of everything and were great communicators. Even though we were somewhat familiar with the area, I truly feel if someone wasn’t it would still be easy to find based on directions provided. We felt safe and tucked away and yet had quick and easy access to town. We will stay again!

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our visit. It's a very clean and nicely decorated apartment. It worked perfectly for our family of four. Kirk was very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

An excellent choice for a stay in the Beaverton area.

This VRBO spot is located in a very nice neighborhood where you can walk around admiring yards and towering trees. It is quiet, well equipped and has comfortable bedding and towels. Kirk was very friendly with us. We would definitely stay here again.

A peaceful stay near Portland

A bright and beautiful apartment with all the comforts of home. The hosts were warm and welcoming. We really valued the quiet and solitude and would definitely stay with Sarah and Kirk again when returning to the area.

very nice apartment in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. plenty of room for the two of us. the apartment had all amenities that you could want. we met the owners who were very friendly.

Lovely retreat

My husband and I had a relaxing stay at this lovely apartment. The rooms were spacious with lots of windows and skylights. The property is surrounded by beautiful gardens and a creek. The kitchen and bathroom had all the necessities. I highly recommend.

Very clean and comfortable space. The only thing we wish the entire unit was all wood flooring. Didn't care too much for the carpets. The host communicated throughout the entire stay in real time. Everything was clearly labeled with instructions. Very safe community. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Home Away From Home

This spot is in a lovely neighborhood and perfect for a couple or a small family. We used the sofa bed for a family member and it was very comfortable. It was perfect overflow lodging for our large family Thanksgiving holiday at my daughters home nearby. I would stay again.

Kirk and his wife were wonderful host. The unit was perfect location for my work and it was so comfortable and clean. It was in a very nice neighborhood to take daily walks. We will be back!! Tracy
