Quiet location close to French Quarter

Home was as shown in pictures and very comfortable. Porch is accessed through the window. The hot water is very limited, plan on quick showers. We had a great stay!

Hidden Gem

It’s is perfect! You will not be disappointed! Most of vacation rentals are great for vacation but I could totally live here! The location is perfect-close to the excitement without the crowds and noise. Will definitely be returning!

Absolutely perfect

Spotless perfectly located and equipped condo with premium outdoor space. 2 full baths really make this place very comfortable for 2-4 people. Eric was VERY responsive when we had a keypad / entry issue. Highly recommend this comfortable home in NOLA

Fun Visit to NOLA

Made a short but fun trip to NOLA to see the area. Great communication with the host throughout the stay. Check in was easy. Property was what I had expected from the reviews. Clean, nice, well stocked, and comfy! Pretty much walking distance for us on everything we wanted to do. Did take an Uber one day to the National WW 2 museum, it was cheap! Very nice well-kept property and I would stay here on a return visit. You won't go wrong staying here!

Clean, convenient, spacious

It was a great condo to spend a week exploring New Orleans. Eric's instructions to check in/out were seamless. The location was superb, within walking distance of many local attractions, restaurants, and all the fun. We especially enjoyed the patio/deck outside for some fresh air and a glass of wine after a long day exploring the city. 10/10 would stay here again.

Beautiful place. Great location

The condo was beautiful and in a great location. Easy to walk everywhere. Communication with property manager was wonderful. He have excellent instructions and recommendations for food nearby. Only thing we wish they had was chairs for the balcony area.

Perfect lication

The location couldn’t be more perfect. Close enough to everything with great access to the street cars. Very safe feeling location that was quiet at night. The inside is decorated well, comfortable seating, and bedding. It was perfect for a getaway for my spouse and I. Eric communicates great, including local recommendations!

Great little spot

This condo was in a great location- within walking distance to everything. The only complaint is minor regarding the cleaning- everything else was great.

Birthday Getaway!!

We had a wonderful stay in Eric’s condo. We have previously stayed in his units 3 times before. It was conveniently located to Canal and Bourbon! Eric is also quick to respond with questions or concerns. We will definitely be back!!!

CBD Getaway

We had a great stay here. We attended a show at the Saenger Theater. It was an easy 10 mi. Walk there. The Trolly stop is less than a block away. We took the Trolly on a nice ride to the French Market. The Mediterranean restaurant downstairs smells AMAZING on the rooftop patio. It also rates great for supper. There is a 25 hr chicken restaurant 1 block away ans well as coffee and a bar. We will be back here for sure!

New Orleans trip

Property was exactly as pictured, very nice and a good area. Close to the French Quarter within walking distance. Host gave us many recommendations where to park, shop, and eat. Very helpful. Was a great place to stay and Eric responded very quickly when needed.

Celebrating in the Big Easy

Eric is a great host and was very attentive/responsive to any question I had. His place was exactly as described and in a very convenient location to everything we wanted to do!! As stated, you will not need a vehicle as all of the (traditional) attractions and great restaurants are in walking distance. Once we parked, we didn't move our car until we departed. I almost requested an additional day, but had to get "back to the real world" :~)

Great Stay in NOLA

Great location, walking distance everywhere. Very modern, nice apartment. Patio was an added bonus, as well as two full bathrooms . Highly recommend!

Hidden Gem!

My husband and I stayed here for my son’s Tulane graduation and it was everything I had hoped for! Being walking distance to the French Quarter, with a Rouse’s a block away and the trolley stop around the corner made everything so easy. Eric was a gracious, communicative host, which is rare! The apartment was a peaceful oasis during a hectic weekend-spacious enough to host our family for dinner one night and a quiet, comfy place to crash at the end of our activity-filled days. I highly recommend it!

Jazzfest 2024

The place is lovely. The pictures are spot on and everything is as described. The location is walking distance from great restaurants and the shuttle stop for those going to Jazzfest. Eric was great about answering questions and making our stay wonderful, I would happily return to this condo.

Perfect place in CBD!

Perfect location, super clean, quiet but close, comfortable bed, updated condo with a roof deck. I mean, seriously, what more could you possibly want in NOLA? We street parked for free every night and moved to free neighborhood parking during the day. Thank you for a fab vacation Eric! We will be back!!!

Great Condo Near Everything

We had a great stay in NOLA! The condo is in a perfect location. Close enough to walk everywhere but far enough away so that it’s nice and quiet. The condo had everything we needed and we appreciated the rooftop deck.

Everything was exactly how it was described and pictured, host was very knowledgeable in the location and gave us a list of things going on in the city and where we could find places close to the building. It was a wonderful stay!

Nice place. Good location. Deck was dirty, mice in the kitchen. Maybe bigger than mice, one stepped in the remote, turned on the TV middle of the night! Great entry system.

Condo on Carondolet

The condo is very pretty and in a great location for Mardi Gras. I do usually find they come with a few more things. We had mini bottles of shampoo, mini body soap but no conditioner or lotion. Two towels each but not washcloths. The landlord did respond within a short time when we had to message that the electronic lock to the condo door was broken. He was prepared for this though with a ladder in the next unit for crawling in thru the window. We were only locked out for a little over an hour. If it were me I might keep a key in the mailbox. We did find the mailbox key in the condo… The king size bed is extremely comfy! There is a parking garage only about 1/2 block down which charges only $40/night. I was seeing $50/night at most other places. Overall a very nice stay.
