This property was incredibly well located. We had a great time and the check-in and building security was very good. We rented E bikes and really enjoyed a different perspective of New Orleans. Highly recommend, great host!

The apartment was clean, comfortable and very spacious. The location was excellent, close to the French quarter making it easy to walk to everything. The streetcar runs down the road the apartment is on, so catching it is super convenient. Would stay here again.

The property was exactly as expected. Within easy walking distance of the French Quarter and super close to the trolley lines. Eric graciously allowed us to check-in well before the specified time which was a nice treat as we arrived in NOLA quite early in the AM. Living room furniture was very comfortable and the light quality was cheerful. Just lovely.

Eric is an outstanding host. Everything was exact and accurate. Get the parking . It’s well worth the few extra dollars. First time we used VRBO and bc of this experience we are looking forward to using it again. This was perfect for us. Location is great for walking to the Quarters or catching an Uber to anywhere in the city.

Eric was an amazing host and one of the best that I have encountered. He was very communicative and efficient. The property was beautiful, neat, clean, and well taken care of. The location was great. The building is very secure. Eric even made sure my parking was smooth. This property is definitely on my list for future visits. Thanks, Eric.

The condo was clean and well maintained. It was in a perfect location which allowed us to walk and leave our vehicle in the secure parking garage. The parking garage was located in a convenient location just a short distance from the condo. Eric was a great host, making this vacation happen without any hiccups! He arranged for the parking pass which alleviated a lot of concerns. Overall, this was a great experience and I hope to return soon!

This place exceeded our expectations! Very spacious, lots of natural light, large kitchen and nice and quiet bedroom. The common spaces are clean and entry is convenient. The location is perfect, with many great restaurants in walking distance. Eric was very responsive, friendly and helpful.

There is a parking garage across the street. Very secure. We did have to pay for parking but it was convenient. The home was lovely. Enjoyed being able to catch up on laundry after we have been on the road. Location was awesome for all things New Orleans! Walked less the a mile for most things we wanted to see and eat. Don't forget to go to sazarac's!

The apartment is in a great location. Very bright and sunny. Eric was great with communication, very responsive, and the check in process was super easy. The apartment is on the trolley line, but the bedroom is in the back with a door you can close , so you don’t hear it. Will love to come back and stay here!!

So bright, fresh & clean!!! Comfy bed, very walkable location. Cannot recommend this property enough if you want to be near tours, jazz, and the French Quarter. Hint: Close the bedroom door and the streetcar noise disappears at night. Super smooth check-in and checkout.

Our host, Eric, was very responsive throughout the process. Property was comfortable and very convenient. We loved being close to the action but far enough away that we didn't hear the noise. Bed was very comfortable. Bath was nice and living area was lovely.

Our host Eric provided excellent customer service and he communicated with us consistently. The VRBO was very spacious, and the location was excellent. We were able to walk to all of the locations that we wanted to visit.

Perfect location

Our stay was wonderful, Eric was more than accommodating and gave us some lovely recommendations on what to do/where to go around the city. 10/10 would stay here again!
