Armstrong Park, stomping grounds of the famous Mardi Gras Indians, the Backstreet Cultural Museum (Mardi Gras Indian Museum), and St Augustine Church line our street.. Adjacent to Rampart Street, the beginning of the French Quarter.
Steps away from culture and excitement, the Saenger is close by, yet a peaceful step back in time inside.
Parking easily available and no cost or time restrictions directly in front on either side of our street.
Step outside your rear kitchen door into a classic Orleans hidden semi private garden courtyard....

Convenient and comfortable location

We really enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed, it was quiet, the location was secure, and not too far of a walk to restaurants and stores.

Treme all day!

We had a great visit in this clean two story with a charming family room area and dining space. We enjoyed making breakfasts at the flat and having some incredible restaurants within walking distance. The place was exactly what we wanted for our experience and would love to stay again!

A moment to get away

Perfect 54th Anniversary

Easy walking anywhere in the Quarter. Wish it had been warm enough to sit out in the charming courtyard. Hope to return next year!

Amazing stay

My friends and I had an enjoyable trip to New Orleans. The check in process was easy and Eric was very accommodating with details. The property was clean, comfortable, and gorgeous. We loved enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning in the beautiful courtyard area. The original details of the home were amazing. The location was good for us - easy walk to various points of interest or a quick uber ride back after a day of walking.

New Orleans House

This was a great place to stay! Located close enough to the French Quarter to easily walk there but in a quiet area. The house worked perfectly for us and our 2 kids.

Very nice location

Super convenient location and great house. The kitchen was a little difficult to operate in with very limited hot water and old/broken pots. But if you're not looking to cook much while there, it won't bother you. Great communication from property manager.

Perfectly New Orleans

Location, Location, Location!!! My family and I typically hang in Marigny when in NOLA. Well we were only a few blocks away which was very convenient. The property welcomed us with a historic and culturistic experience. It was perfect. We were able to wake up Mardi Gras morning and witness the Mardi Gras Indians doing their thing on the streets of Treme. We'd definitely stay here again.

Girl's Trip!

Adorable cottage in a great location! We had a blast, and really like the cute little courtyard for morning coffee and putting on our make up in natural light! We felt safe and comfortable and would go back.

Perfect NOLA Stay

Excellent experience overall! The house is charming and full of character, the location is fantastic (walking distance to Frenchman, the French Market, Bourbon etc.) and the host was easy to communicate with and had helpful recommendations. Would absolutley stay here again!

Great Location

The location was very convenient and necessary if you are indulging the delicious food…so you can walk it off! The property was perfect for the 2 of us and the backyard was a nice respite to relax and enjoy our coffee or wine.

Great Outdoor Space

Our group of ladies enjoyed the outdoor courtyard and comfortable beds. The house was super cute and authentic, decorated in a fun New Orleans style. We felt right at home.

Family Time

Everything was perfect and Eric could not have been a better host.Even dropping off some coffee that made my day.Very close to everything and walked to the quarter many times for dinner and fun.We will definitely be coming back and only downer was not staying longer.😊❤️

Anniversary trip

When we walked in the door we knew we were going to love this property. House has a warm and comfortable feeling and we loved the little courtyard. The stairs were a little much for me as I have a bad hip and stair climbing isn't good. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay!

The cottage is perfect! A short walk to the quarter but far enough away to get a decent sleep. Everything was clean and the kitchen had all the amenities needed to cook meals. The back courtyard is a delightful retreat. It took me a minute to figure out the cypher locks but once I did, it was a nice added security measure. We felt safe in the location and would definitely recommend.

Would stay again in a heartbeat

We loved this place - perfect for a couple with two kids. One of the cleanest VRBOs we have stayed in. Very responsive host who graciously allowed an early check-in when our flight got in early, very walkable to the main section of the French Quarter, even caught a nighttime second line parade one night 2 blocks over. Loved the courtyard and enjoyed coffee there every morning. One block from the Rampart Rd Cajun Encounters tour bus pick up too - we got both the Whitney Plantation and a swamp tour in. Would definitely go back in a heartbeat!

Lets Go NOLA

Very nice place surrounded by a rich history... Maybe you will also feel the nostalgia of a time gone by .. I did...in the cottage and of course the Quarter. Ah..the Quarter...what a world. I highly recommend...the cottage.
