Located at Bernard's Landing on gorgeous Smith Mountain Lake, Virginia with long views of the lake and incredible views of the Smith Mountain. This one bedroom, one-bathroom condo comes equipped with a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, and access to clubhouse amenities including indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis and pickleball courts, racquetball, and sandy beach. Enjoy five-star dining onsite at the Landing Restaurant.

Maximum Occupancy: 2 ADULTS

Conveniently located within driving distance to area wineries and shopping.

Fishermen will love this property. We have a large field to park your trailer and 6 floating slips to dock your boat. Slips are first come - first serve but I have never seen all slips occupied. There is also an electrical supply where you can charge your battery. $20/day for boat & trailer stickers.

Great stay, well stocked kitchen and we made use of the dock while we had the boat. While we didn’t spend a ton of time in the room, the couch is about due for an upgrade. Will be returning as our schedule allows.

Gorgeous views.So many amenities available we didn’t bother even using the, we thoroughly enjoyed the beach area and really just being in a nice quiet, beautiful place! Amazing host! Any questions, everything is laid out for you in the condo, upon arrival. Your host is extremely pleasant, responds quickly to your messages if you have an issue or even a question regarding your stay. We will absolutely continue to make this our place as often as we are able too!

This host goes above and beyond. This condo feels like home! It was a wonderful weekend with just hubby and me! The host has supplied everything from shampoo, soap, tp. Pt, coffee pods to dish detergent, Many extras. The condo was clean. Kitchen was well stocked. This is our 3rd time in this area, 2nd time with this wonderful host. The balconey is roomy with beautiful views. There are 3 sliding doors to the balcony, so you have a beautiful view of lake and the mountains even from inside. The lake and beach area are right there. Restaurant within walking distance. The host is very accommodating and thoughtful. The host responds immediately. We will always stay in this condo as long as this owner has it. Thank you, Roger!

More than we expected!

Very pleasant and responsive host. Were able to check in early, and this kept us out of the rain. Arrived by water, secured boat in the slip, went up to the room. Condo is VERY roomy! The vaulted ceilings with the skylights along with the plentiful glass windows were perfect for light and open feeling. The condo was clean, had an abundance of snacks, coffee, bottled water available. The place was clean and inviting. Board games, books and cards kept us occupied during the periodic rain showers. The place is HUGE for a 1 bedroom! Highly recommend and will be booking again soon!

Tranquil setting with all of the extras. Owner was extremely helpful and responsive. Comfortable bed and deck chairs. Can’t wait to return.

I have upgraded my condo every year for the last several years which includes the heat pump, dishwasher, Trex Deck, furniture, television in living room and in bedroom, and jew flooring in the kitchen/living room/dining area. My housekeeper does an excellent job and focuses on sanitizing.

Everyone says they love the views of the Bernards property plus the lake and the mountains from the penthouse floor. The lake views are of the main channel and longer views up the Blackwater. Nikon binoculars on a tripod help you view the lake from a distance.
