Located at Bernard's Landing on gorgeous Smith Mountain Lake, Virginia with long views of the lake and incredible views of the Smith Mountain. This one bedroom, one-bathroom condo comes equipped with a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, and access to clubhouse amenities including indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis and pickleball courts, racquetball, and sandy beach. Enjoy five-star dining onsite at the Landing Restaurant.

Maximum Occupancy: 2 ADULTS

Conveniently located within driving distance to area wineries and shopping.

Fishermen will love this property. We have a large field to park your trailer and 6 floating slips to dock your boat. Slips are first come - first serve but I have never seen all slips occupied. There is also an electrical supply where you can charge your battery. $20/day for boat & trailer stickers.

Great stay, well stocked kitchen and we made use of the dock while we had the boat. While we didn’t spend a ton of time in the room, the couch is about due for an upgrade. Will be returning as our schedule allows.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, with a nicely stocked kitchen and a great deck overlooking the lake. We used all three pools and went out on the lake. Awesome accomodations!

I have upgraded my condo every year for the last several years which includes the heat pump, dishwasher, Trex Deck, furniture, television in living room and in bedroom, and jew flooring in the kitchen/living room/dining area. My housekeeper does an excellent job and focuses on sanitizing.

Everyone says they love the views of the Bernards property plus the lake and the mountains from the penthouse floor. The lake views are of the main channel and longer views up the Blackwater. Nikon binoculars on a tripod help you view the lake from a distance.
