Outstanding in every aspect: view is spectacular, very clean, comfortable beds, very roomy, lots of space, great screened porch and open deck and beautiful grounds. Owners were extremely responsive and have done a wonderful job with their lovely home on SML!

What a lovely location for a girls trip for lifetime friends who have been friends for over 60 years! Beautiful condo, perfect waterfront balcony for morning coffee and evening laughs!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful and well appointed condo! All of the beds were incredibly comfortable and there was plenty of space to accommodate the 4 of us without crowding. I really appreciated the travel size toiletries provided as it allowed me to fly from MA without having to pack those things. We cooked and ate all of our meals in house. As a side note I think the oven runs a bit hot and we found ourselves a bit low on dish soap and dishwasher detergent. Having plenty of pots and pans, a toaster, a blender (!), and even a wine fridge was great. My only suggestion would be to make a note to bring your own foil or wrap for leftovers. As with many rentals I have experienced, it would also be helpful to have an empty cabinet available for guests to store dry goods (maybe consolidate the many glasses?). Patty was the most responsive host I have ever had, and contacted us immediately if we had any issues, Overall, the place was spotless, comfortable, and the views were beautiful! We will definitely consider returning!

Beautiful condo and property directly on the lake! The condo has been renovated and the owner was incredibly kind and responsive to work with. The neighborhood grounds are nicely maintained. We rented a boat for a day and it was easy to tie up on the dock for a few hours at a time. My kids enjoyed all the games and especially the chess table! My family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again in the future. Thank you Patty for your hospitality!

Nice Holiday Getaway

The host was very responsive, the condo was spacious and had a beautiful view of the lake. We had a wonderful time and hope to return in the future!

We had a wonderful time and the condo was perfect. The only issue we had was the freezer wasn't working.

Thank you for your input and review. We immediately had somebody take a look at the freezer. When he arrived to check, the freezer was working properly, (ice bin was full and temperature registered -1°) it’s possible the door may not have been fully closed, which can affect cooling. We’ll be adding a reminder for guests to ensure the freezer is properly shut to help prevent this in the future. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention, and we hope the rest of your stay was enjoyable. You’re always welcome back, and we’d love the opportunity to host you again!

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space for spreading out. It was obvious that remodel updates had been done recently. We enjoyed time in the lake and when we reached out about the unit only having 2 beach towels, the owners promptly replied they had ordered more to be delivered to the unit during our stay. If we have opportunity to return to the area, we would definitely stay here again.

Stay was great, location was perfect and home is beautiful. Only draw back was we didn’t know we needed to drive our garbage ( in our brand new car) a few miles away to dispose of when leaving. We left early and place was closed so we traveled further with it to find a dumpster at a gas station. Other than that the stay was perfect and Patty is wonderful.

I understand it was frustrating to find the trash center closed early in the morning, and I appreciate you taking the time to dispose of the garbage elsewhere. The check-out instructions — including trash disposal details are outlined in the handbook placed on the coffee table. I offered arrangements to meet and assist directly once I heard from you, but I’m glad you were able to find a solution in the meantime. Family gathering

The condo was spacious and well-equipped. Each of the three bedrooms had its own bath, two en suite and the third across the hall. The information binder was very helpful and the hosts were friendly and willing to answer questions before and during our stay. A boat rental is a short drive away and I recommend a “boat day” visiting the inlets along the lake. A large grocery store is also only a 10-minute drive.

The condo was superb! It was very comfortable, clean, nicely appointed and well maintained. My favorite spot was the small, screened porch overlooking a main thoroughfare for the lake. Excellent for boat watching! The condo is also nicely located to multiple restaurants and a grocery store. I'll definitely be back. Overall, two thumbs up!
