• 2 kayaks available for guest use (stored on-site; a short downhill carry or quick drive to the water's edge)

We’ve thought of the little things so you can simply relax and enjoy your stay. Here’s what you’ll find in the condo:

• Cook with Ease – A fully equipped kitchen stocked with cooking utensils, plates, glasses, cutlery, a slow cooker, and even a small air fryer.

• Entertainment Ready – Flat-screen TV, DVD player with a movie selection (Redbox nearby for more!), and a Nintendo — all the fun without needing Wi-Fi (streaming apps available but connection can be spotty).

• Rest & Recharge – A cozy bedroom with fresh sheets, soft pillows, and extra linens and pillows for the sofa bed if needed.

• Fresh & Stocked – Towels and basic toiletries are provided for your convenience.

• Close to Essentials – Need to stock up? Several stores are nearby, including a Dollar General just two minutes down the road.

• Stay Connected (or Not!) – Free WiFi is available, though it may be spotty during peak times. Depending on your carrier, cell service may also be limited—making this a perfect excuse to unplug and unwind.

• Grill & Gather – Enjoy outdoor grills and picnic-style dining spaces, perfect for lakeside meals and relaxing evenings.

• Laundry Made Easy – Our app-based laundry facility lets you check availability and manage loads right from your phone.

• Stay Active – Challenge friends or family on the well-maintained tennis and pickleball courts.

• On the Water – Two kayaks are available for your use, making it simple to paddle out and explore the lake. Note, you will need to either carry downhill or have a vehicle to transport them to the waters edge.

• Boat Access & Parking – A private boat ramp and designated boat/trailer parking are available. In addition, a slip is also available for use. Please request ramp access at the time of booking to ensure proper permissions are set up through the amenities app.

Please note (Sept 2026): current regional drought conditions have lowered lake levels. The onsite ramp is not recommended for boats over 16' (there are other ramps nearby) - the slip remains accessible. Kayaks remain available for guest use when conditions permit.

• Convenience Options – While the property includes quite a few stairs, guests may also drive down to the boat ramp area if preferred.
