This is a very nice place to stay, very clean and tidy. However, the rules were somewhat annoying and the checkout was early.

Ethan, I am sorry you were inconvenienced by the rules, most of which are the Bernards Landing rules as one of the best communities at SML. The 10AM checkout is the same as most hotels and is so the cleaners can get the place ready for the next renter. If you needed more time, you could have asked and I would have tried to accommodate you just like hotels do. I also noted you checked out at around 6AM so not sure why this was an issue for you. Lynn

The property was beautifully decorated and walking distance to the lake. It was quiet and peaceful. It had everything we needed for our little mini-vacation. Lynn was great to communicate with throughout the process. The only issue we had was the smoke detector was right at the oven so we set it off when we used the oven, so just stopped using the oven. If we book again, we would either eat out each meal or make meals that don’t involve the oven. Overall, the property was lovely.
