Ground floor apartment of a newly constructed home, quiet residential location, one-way street with walking distance to Pier Village, restaurants, shopping, boardwalk and half a block from Seven President's beach.

Fully furnished with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath.
Includes washer/dryer. Use of outdoor grill and outdoor shower. Includes 4 beach passes during beach season May - September.

Coded entry. Please enter through gate on right side of house and follow towards back of house for front entrance. Entrance is not green door.

On street parking available outside of apartment from October 1st through April 30th no parking permit needed.

One spot in the driveway provided from May 1st through September 30th for resident permit parking season. Please park on left side of driveway if looking at the house.

Super pet friendly which was awesome!! Nice kitchen set up. Comfy beds really clean! Nice beach supplies. Cute patio fenced in “yard” area. Very walkable. Lots of mosquitoes outside even during the day which was a bummer. Super super close to beach, beach tags included which was awesome! Highly recommend this place!! Super cute! Adorable decorating!!

We had the best getaway as a family of four with our puppy. Everything was as described. Extremely clean. They have everything you need and more. Such a cozy little apartment. We will definitely be back.

Clean two bedroom apartment on main floor. Apt was well supplied with essentials. Pet friendly Lots of space to walk my dog. Very close to beach and walking distance to great restaurants. Host was great. Very knowledgeable of the area.

A little slice of paradise in Long Branch. Immaculate, spacious, beautifully designed and decorated. Everything we could have hoped for. Dog friendly. Enjoyed the sunrise over the ocean each morning -- steps to the beach.

This is a great find - 1/2 block to beautiful beach and walking distance to Pier Village plus very clean and comfortable- nicely decorated and super friendly hosts! Thanks for a great stay and definitely would stay again

This is a beautiful freshly remodeled place, right on the beach. Two nice bedrooms with a pull-out couch in the living room. I would definitely stay here again.
