Brand new 2BR apartment steps from the beach 🏖

Ground floor apartment of a newly constructed home, quiet residential location, one-way street with walking distance to Pier Village, restaurants, shopping, boardwalk and half a block from Seven President's beach.

Fully furnished with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath.
Includes washer/dryer. Use of outdoor grill and outdoor shower. Includes 4 beach passes during beach season May - September.

Coded entry. Please enter through gate on right side of house and follow towards back of house for front entrance. Entrance is not green door.

On street parking available outside of apartment from October 1st through April 30th no parking permit needed.

One spot in the driveway provided from May 1st through September 30th for resident permit parking season. Please park on left side of driveway if looking at the house.

Enjoyed our stay

Thank you for your quick response when we arrived. Your 1st floor unit was perfect for our weekend getaway. We enjoyed the area and would recommend this unit. Nicely decorated, clean, new unit.

Beautiful place and perfect location

This is a great find - 1/2 block to beautiful beach and walking distance to Pier Village plus very clean and comfortable- nicely decorated and super friendly hosts! Thanks for a great stay and definitely would stay again

This is a beautiful freshly remodeled place, right on the beach. Two nice bedrooms with a pull-out couch in the living room. I would definitely stay here again.

Family Weekend

Ocean Terrace was a perfect “home base” for our September weekend visit to Long Branch for our son’s family weekend at the local university. Great location, easy communication and instructions from owner and the space was very clean.

Perfect location for a quick getaway

Much needed time away from home and the location was perfect for what we needed. Less than a block from the beach(included beach tags a plus) and several restaurants for dinner. All in walking distance.

Weekend beach getaway

We had a lovely time! The location is beautiful, half block from the beach with plenty of restaurants nearby. We loved walking/running on the boardwalk and collecting seashells. The house had everything we needed with new appliances and was spotless! Would absolutely stay aagains

Lovely Get Away

The location and condition of the rental were perfect for what we were looking for. It was a nice neighborhood, easy walk to the beach. The rental unit was very clean and the owner was really easy to work with. I would definatly stay there again.

Don't wait, book it!

This two bedroom, one bath apartment in the ground floor of a home in Long Branch is absolutely perfectly located. Half a block from the beach, walking distance to restaurants with outdoor seating and Pier Village. Our stay was comfortable and quiet and we will certainly be back! The place is updated beautifully, very clean, and has everything you need. Highly recommend!

Just What the Doctor Ordered

Everything about our stay here was perfect. We planned a getaway for Thanksgiving after a very difficult year, and had never been to Long Branch before. The property is so comfortable and cozy, and very well equipped with everything we needed. The location is great - a half block to the beach and less than a mile from everything we needed (fantastic restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc.). The owners were AMAZING to work with - responsive, generous, and clearly interested in making sure our stay went well. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Fully Equipped Apartment

We had a fantastic stay. The house was ideally located for accessing the event we were attending at the Ocean Place Resort. It was a quick 10 min walk along the promenade. The apartment was gorgeous and had everything we needed for trips to the beach and hanging out at home. The patio was a lovely place to relax as well!

A nice stay

The rental was extremely clean and we enjoyed our visit. The kids bedroom was nice and dark at night which was great for our infant. We had some communication with the the host/owner over an issue with the lock on the front door and they were easy to reach and quick to respond. We liked this place and would stay again.

Perfect LB weekend & location

This was the perfect place for my teens and I to spend memorial day weekend. The one-way street keeps traffic away and it’s literally steps to the beach. Beautiful homes surround this spot and we loved the place. Wish we could rent it out all summer. Our 4 pound dog was with us and she had a great time too. Thank you for your hospitality and it was definitely an affordable price.
