We had no issues with our stay. Location was convenient access to our events. Beds were comfortable and showers were hot. Kitchen and living room had plenty of seats for everyone. The host was prompt when we sent a message and we were appreciative of it being a dog friendly unit.

We loved our stay at this property! The home was very clean and as shown in the photos. The host was very quick to respond to questions and very accommodating. We had a great time and also loved the hot tub. If we are in the area in the future we would definitely stay here again!

The cottage was located perfect on the Jersey shore…we were exploring from Red Bank & Asbury Park to Island Beach State Park. We had access to everything and everywhere from Neptune City. It was perfect! And the best thing was that we could relax in the hot tub every time we finished traveling. Thank you Shawn for the perfect vacation.

The living room, kitchen, basement with nice shower, hot tub, and parking were awesome!The beds could have been more comfortable with more sturdy bed frames(mattresses were okay!) and thicker pillows. The is no refillable water but we brought a Brita so it all worked out! I do wish we could have spent more time outside but grass was long.Overall, I had a great experience sharing the space with friends and am very appreciative of the help from the hosts!

Beach Weekend

The house was comfortable, clean and great for a beach weekend. Check in was easy and host, Shawn was very friendly and responsive.

Nice place and accommodating host!

Shawn’s rental was a great experience. The place was as advertised, clean, and in a convenient location! Shawn was very helpful during the booking process and readily available throughout the stay if needed. Would definitely rent again!

Great house close to the action

The house was perfect for our stay in the Neptune/Asbury Park area for a Summer weekend. Clean kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom. Close to the action, but just far enough away for quiet nights and mornings. Everything was a quick drive or taxi ride. Would recommend to all.

Jersey Shore first timers

The House is newly remodeled. Very clean. We were 5 - 10 Minutes from several beautiful beaches. THe Host Shawn was the best! He made sure all was great when we checked in and made sure we knew he was just a text away. Lots of great restaurants on the water nearby. Great girls weekend! Will definitely come back!

Family Weekend

We rented this house for a weekend to visit family nearby. The house was spotless and so organized and clean. The check in and out process was so easy and seamless. The bedrooms are spacious and the living area is perfect. The outside area and two fire pits are an extremely nice touch. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. The linens provided were perfect. They even had little toiletry and travel sized samples of bathroom products in the bathroom for us which was so nice. We would absolutely stay here again next time we are in town.
