Have fun with the whole family and friends in this stylish 2 bedroom freshly renovated apartment.

You’ll enjoy the privacy. There are no kids or pets living on property and everyone else in the home works full time. Yes, its a basement but there are windows in every room, High ceiling and a full size door for coming and going.

Once inside youll enjoy natural light from large windows, plenty of living space with a bar to hang out with family & friends.A private entrance from your private parking spot makes packing in, packing out and exploring a breeze.

The location is:
One mile from the Long Branch Train station makes trips to or from New York City convenient.
Two miles from the beaches, restaurants and shopping of the destination pier village.
1 miles from the closest beach. 4 guests allowed and $100 per night per person if any extra guests. Maximum 2 extra. We don’t not allow more than 6 people on the reservation.

Patty's place was excellent for a week at the beach with my family. It was 5 or so minutes from my daughters' surf camp and convenient to the Long Branch train station. It was a very nice space, clean, comfortable and well air conditioned. Patty was able to accommodate both an early check-in and a late check-out which we very much appreciated. I would recommend Patty's place if staying in Long Branch.

Excellent place to stay!

We had a wonderful time at this location. It was bigger than we thought and the hosts had everything to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Excellent comfort, style, and function

We loved our stay here, and our host was extremely hospitable. The full kitchen was a great feature that separated this from other options. If availability allows, we will certainly stay here again!

Patty was amazing to work with and very accommodating. Her apartment was very clean, updated and spacious as well as comfortable. It was also very very quiet which was great! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!

Perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway.

The place was perfect for a short weekend getaway in Long Branch. The apartment is off of the main house but you have plenty of privacy and a separate entrance. There was enough space for our family of four and the place had everything we needed.

Winter Weekend by the Shore

We had a great stay. House was easy to find and conveniently located. Patty was a great host and went above and beyond by clearing snow from our car in the morning!

We loved everything

We had a wonderful time and felt right at home. The facilities were excellent, and communication was extremely precise and helpful. The area seemed very safe. We loved the beds. Thank you for this wonderful getaway!

This apartment was just perfect. Appears to be an addition to a family home and yet it was done to invite in beautiful natural light and felt so welcoming. Patricia was a wonderful host, responded immediately to even the smallest ask. Apartment had everything you could need to make your stay convenient and cozy. The air condition was very comfortable. Really liked the layout as it was spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is very close to the beach! Easy and clear directions from the owner on how to access property. Prompt responses to questions/inquiries. Everything is labeled in the home, so it’s clear how to navigate your stay. All amenities provided for. Would stay here again!
