10 MILES TO WEST GLACIER PARK ENTRANCE!

A quick 10 mile drive on a mostly four lane highway and you are at the West Glacier entrance to Glacier National Park to enjoy your adventure in paradise. Welcome to Glacier Lilac Lodge ~ a comfortable 2200 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, located in Hungry Horse. The home is in a wooded, private, quiet area.

My Montana family has been in the tourism business for many years and have several vacation rentals in the area. For a 3 bed/2 bath home, look no further than Glacier Lilac Lodge.

This split level home has six steps up to the kitchen, dining room, living room, and the master bedroom and bath. The floors have all been updated with faux wood laminate. The master bedroom has a new Sealy Posturepedic king size bed for a good night's rest. A full bath is right outside your bedroom door. From the front door entrance, go downstairs for your two bedrooms with queen beds on Montana made log frames. A full bath is situated nearby. There is a recreational room with a TV and plenty of games. If you have teens or couples, it is nice as you each have your own space! The washer/dryer and laundry sink are downstairs.

The upstairs has air conditioning that keeps the home cool during hot days (which there are not enough of!) and the lower lever stays cool on its own.

The neighborhood is friendly and quiet. Drink your morning coffee on your balcony. Beautiful Flathead River is nearby where you can easily walk to or drive; you can throw in a fishing line and catch some dinner! BBQ on your deck and enjoy. Your view is of beautiful Columbia Mountain and the forest, yet you are conveniently located.

There is great cell service and internet. In the evenings, kick back and watch a movie on your 50" big screen TV. Netflix and a selection of DVD movies are provided.

Check in 5pm; Check out 10am. Cleaning fee $125. $59 damage protection insurance required in lieu of damage deposit.

Glacier International Airport (FCA) is only 12 miles from the home. There is a grocery store in Hungry Horse where you can buy your groceries; larger stores 7 miles away in Columbia Falls; Costco and Wall Mart are 20 miles away in Kalispell. There are restaurants and gas stations in town and on the way to the park or prepare your own delicious meals at your peaceful retreat in your own kitchen.

We had a great time in Glacier National Park!! This house was perfect! Close to everything and if we needed anything it was there … would def stay here again… we hated having to leave.

The house felt like the host lives there when it’s not rented out. We received a package of here’s while staying. Overall not a bad place to stay. beds are worn out and not the cleanest location. Great patio and quiet neighborhood.

The house is my home in the off season. I was not expecting a package, sorry that bothered you? It is thourally cleaned before each rental.The beds are not old, the matresses get flipped each season! I take great pride in my home and am happy to share it with Montana visitors

Very nice, roomy, comfortable house as advertised, great location. Host also provided bear spray for hiking, so we didn’t have to purchase for a 5 day one time use. Would have liked to have had more than 15 minute prior to check-in notice on where to find keys, since we had been driving several hours and cell phone service in many areas was pretty sketchy.

Great stay close to Glacier!

Our group of 6 had a great stay at Nancy's home close to the west entrance of Glacier National Park. It had plenty of space and everything we needed for our 3-night stay. The proximity of the house to the park was great and we would definitely recommend it and stay again!

Home away from Home near Glacier National Park

This home was the best of both worlds - close enough to Columbia Falls and Whitefish to go out on the town and close enough to Glacier National Park to be able to spend the day exploring and retreat back to a comfortable bed at the end of the day.

We arrived early evening. Check-in was easy. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we could possibly need. The overall property was perfect for our stay; well taken care off, homey and very relaxing.

Big Sky amazing stay

The location was convenient from Kalispell airport, a grocery stop in Columbia Falls and a beautiful 15 minute drive to the park entrance. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. It was our second stay in this home, which speaks to our satisfaction!

Glacier trip

We loved this home. Well equipped kitchen, clean and our granddaughter loved the toys. Nancy was very responsive and had left many guide books for the park and surrounding area to make the trip even more memorable. Thank you.

Wonderful Quiet Place to Relax

Very quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to and easy to check-in. Large house to accommodate all of our grown adult family. Favorite part was the deck to relax on each day after hiking in Glacier National Park.
