Clean, modern, comfortable condo that is a short walk or golf cart ride to the world famous Ocean Boulevard, Boardwalk and Family Kingdom. Also close to Kings Highway(U.S. 17), which has countless restaurants, bars and stores. Unit is on the first floor of a stilted condo complex. On-site parking, in-suite washer and dryer, wifi, digital cable. Master bedroom has a King bed, guest bedroom has a Queen bed, and there is a sofa bed in the living room. Both bedrooms and the living room have flat screen HD TVs. Unit has a complete kitchen and all appliances needed for a home away from home. Towels and linens ARE included. No smoking or pets please.

Fun Time in Myrtle Beach

We had a great stay. The property adequately met my families needs. We loved that it was walking distance to the beach and an easy drive to many places. We felt safe in the building we stayed in and the neighbors were kind. Walking to the beach was so nice and saved us about $40 a day for parking! The area around the condo felt a little run down (some abandoned buildings, etc), but the longer we stayed and walked through the area it felt safe and ok. I did not fit in the parking spot assigned, but the visitor spots were always available and had plenty of space. We had a blast at Midevel Times and Pirates Voyage and Dinner Show!!! Our Myrtle Beach trip was great!

Great little condo

We had a great trip to the beach. The only problem we encountered was trying to squeeze our SUV into the assigned parking spot. This condo was great for our family of six and the owners checked on us regularly to make sure all was well. Thanks again for a great stay!

Excellent Stay!

Quaint, home away from home condo! Beautiful rooms, pretty clean. Comfortable beds and lots of amenities. Only complaint was the guest room was really warm even with ceiling fan going. Main bedroom TV we couldn’t figure out how to use, but had 2 other TVs so really didn’t need it. Overall wonderful experience and would recommend it.

Excellent Location!

This apartment worked out really well for our family. The location was excellent with a very easy 2-block walk to a quieter section of the beach, and a slightly longer walk into the main boardwalk area. The apartment is quite spacious and very well equipped with kitchen supplies, hairdryers, beach chairs, a washer/dryer, nice towels, etc. Our only small complaint was that although it felt clean overall (no deep cleaning issues) there were a few surface-level issues (items under the bed etc) that indicated it could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly after the last visitors. I think this reflects more on the cleaning service than the owners, as it was well maintained and the owners were very responsive to all messages.

Lovely Property close to the Ocean

This is a super cute condo that's literally a couple of blocks away from the Ocean and lots of other attractions!! You won't need to pay for parking because it comes with it. The condo is fully furnished with all the necessities of home. Quiet neighborhood and the owners Chris and Teresa were fantastic throughout the entire process. I would definitely rent here again if I make it back through Myrtle Beach ⛱

3 days not enough

It was a great condo just a nice stroll from the beautiful beach! Condo was clean and decorated nicely and colorful. Chris was very easy to contact if we needed something. The beds slept wonderful and we loved the double sink vanities in bathrooms.

Incredible Vacation Rental

My husband and I have used VRBO on several occasions, and have always been pleased. This listing went above our expectations. The location was perfect for a family, but for someone looking for more excitement, there is plenty to do. Also, it is accessible to other charming cities, like Charlestown and Murrells Inlet for fabulous seafood. The condo is larger than pictured, and everything to make your stay comfortable (good cookware, extra pillows, a doormat to leave shoes outside the home) and readily available. What made this experience better than the rest was the open communication with the owners. Clearly they are dedicated to making your stay be exceptional, and they are clear with instructions on everything on the wi-fi password, and what to do with the linens at the end of the stay. I wish I could give this review more than 5 stars.

Excellent

This was our first time renting a condo and the experience was great. We stayed for five days to go to Myrtle Beach very convenient location just a five minute walk. The house was very well maintained, very clean, and most of all the communication with Chris and Teresa was excellent they answered any questions we had. Will definitely stay there in the near future. Thanks for everything Jason.

Vacation in Myrtle Beach

The condo was very clean and exactly as listed. It was just a short walk to the beach. I had off street parking that was also a great feature. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Spring break April 2019

We really enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and was actually much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Owners were very nice and responded back to any questions that we had. The condo is located close to beach and local attractions. We walked to the beach and down the boardwalk to the sky wheel. Several shops, places to eat, and lots of entertainment....like all of the Ripley's attractions are in walking distance. Parking is tight but we knew that ahead of time. Everything was as advertised and then some. Great location just two blocks from the beach. Condo was clean and welcoming. Great communication from the owners during the entire trip. Would definitely return and highly recommend to anyone visiting Myrtle Beach.

Great Place!

This condo is a great place! Very clean and a lot bigger than it looks! Bed in master bedroom was so comfortable! Better than our bed at home! It is right in heart of Myrtle Beach...close to everything! Just a couple short blocks to the ocean! Only notation I would make is on the parking. Designated parking spots are small especially if you have a truck like we did. We were able to use the guest parking but their are only 4 guest spots. Other than worry about a parking spot everything was great! One of the best places we've ever stayed in!
