Time for Sun & Fun!!! Vacation Time! In our Wonderful Condo

Our lovely and comfortable villa at the Island Club--The Little Gem By The Sea-- awaits your arrival! It is the perfect home away from home.

We call it Paradise and have vacationed here for over 40 years and have owned our villa for over 25!

Our villa boasts a newly renovated beautiful kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, both high end backsplash and granite countertops. Here you will find everything for your culinary needs, including a microwave, new stove and oven, full-size fridge, a new dishwasher, and new high efficiency washer and dryer. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with dining and cooking tools. Exit the kitchen and to your right you’ll find the dining area with a new dining table. Walk further and you enter the living area. Our living area has a new sleeper sofa, tv, DVD/VCR player, and stereo and very comfortable seating. Through the sliding doors you’ll find yourself on our deck overlooking the beautiful lagoon – perfect for breakfast, viewing the wildlife, or just relaxing! Back inside you’ll find the fun guest bedroom with 2 double beds, a dresser, spacious closet, and brand-new TV. Our guest bathroom has been renovated and features new tile around the bathtub, vanity and commode. Our master suite boasts a king bed, TV, dresser, desk, relaxing chair for reading . A new walk-in shower with blueberry angel fish in the private renovated master bathroom awaits you and there is plenty of space in the walk-in closet!

Additional amenities include new bedding in both bedrooms, new air conditioning, wireless high-speed internet, chairs for the beach, and a beach umbrella or two. We have sand toys for young children.

The beach is one of the finest, spacious and perfect for walking, biking, shelling, and spotting dolphins. The Island Club is a 30 acre family resort offering 24/7 security, 2 new state of the art pools with a spa and tanning shelf, 9 tennis courts, pickleball court, a playground, barbeque area, a beach front veranda, fitness center, green spaces, and the lagoons are perfect for fishing and duck watching!

June, July & first 2 weeks of August are Saturday to Saturday, 7 nights only.

Beautiful condo, grounds, and beach

Location was convenient to surrounding community and to beach. The condo was clean and updated! Enjoyed our stay very much! Owner was always available for questions and was a great help to us. View of pond was relaxing and beautiful. Great place to stay!

Great beach getaway

The property is beautiful and the condo is just what you would want for a HHI vacation. Very clean, comfortable and inviting. Would certainly stay here again. Loved everything.

Great condo for vacation

This place was great. It had everything we needed. The place was clean. Very nice condo community. Great beach and nice pool. The gym was nice to have as well. Barb was easy to contact. I would highly recommend Barb’s place.

Loved it!

A lovely property... close to the pool, and a short walk to the beach...both pool and beach were very accessible. Owner is amazing and communicative, she even messaged to check on us as the weather was bad. I would definitely use again

Wonderful!

Wonderful vacation

Beautiful condo!!

This condo was amazing. It was clean and had an amazing selection of kitchen items. Just a short walk to the beach and there were beach chairs and toys available to use. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to friends.

Great condo

Everything was beyond expectations. The kitchen was fully equipped with some basic seasonings. While the weather didn't cooperate, our adult daughter enjoyed the beach when she could. Barbara was a great hostess. cooperate, our adult daughter

Love staying here!!

This condo is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Very tastefully decorated, well kept and immaculately clean. This was my fifth time to stay here, I feel like it is my Hilton Head home away from home! Barbara has made sure everything that might be needed is available. Shopping, restaurants, grocery stores are all close by, very conveniently located. A great place to stay for your beach vacation!

Comfortable Villa

Beautiful and fairly convenient to anything on the island. Could be a little closer to the beach, but still a short and easy walk. Pool was a little cold as it wasn't as warm as expected. Still very nice and not uncomfortable.

Perfect for a family with teens

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo. The lagoon was so nice to wake up to. We almost caught a huge fish and spend much of the trip feeding the turtles. Our older kids really enjoyed the tennis courts, tether ball and basketball. We felt safe letting them roam around on their own. The beach was amazing and so close. The short walk was easy. Even though the complex is large, it was never busy or packed full of people. The perfect location for those that want a little privacy.

Hilton Head Stay

Everything was great and we enjoyed. However, the pool was down for a couple of days due to whatever, but I understand there was some mirky looking water which gave a little concern. Also, I understand the cleaning service needed a departure time, which I missed seeing on my email. However, when I'm on vacation, whatever the departure time is usually is the time I leave (in this case it was 10:00 a.m.). When the instructions give a departure time, I don't think, anyone should be coming to clean until after the time stated.

Loved it so much we stayed twice last year and returned this year!

My family stayed in this condo for the first time June 2012. We loved the condo and the Island Club so much after our first stay that we visited again August 2012 and again July 2013! Our 3 grandchildren love the pool's at the complex. We like the pool area because you can lounge around the pool in the sun or in the shade under the trees! There is a nice playground for kids to play. There is also tennis courts, bike rentals on the complex, a pond for fishing (which my oldest grandson enjoyed) and just simply relaxing on the balcony watching the ducks and turtles. The condo is everything that you see in the photo's and more! With each stay upon arrival, the unit has been very clean and well maintained throughout. Barbara, the owner is always so pleasant to work with. She is simply the best owner we have worked with and we have been using VRBO for quite some time. You will be very pleased with your stay here. My family is already looking forward to our next trip!

First vacationed on HHI April of 1977 and knew it would be my forever vacation spot. My children were young and now the grandchildren love it too! Cannot keep my toes out of the sand. The Island has a special magic and it sings to me.
